Suspicious eyes fell onto Kastel, questioning her wording. She said nothing more though, after a deep relaxed breath. Tahna had rolled her eyes, but also didn't say anything. The others simply exchanged puzzled looks, as well as a few words with one another over what had been said.
Tahna looked over questionably at Louise, who seemed to have made a small muffled noise. In slight irritation, Tahna spoke, “You look like you need to say something. Spill it, brat.”
In response, the girl bit back her lip and pouted. “I- I was going to apologize for my actions, but after being called a brat, I'll take it back.”
“You can't take back what you never gave, kid. I'm not looking for apologies from you anyway, so save that breath for something more worth it.”
“You should apologize for slapping me!” She pointed.
“I don't take back what I give. You deserved it anyway, so shut up before I make you.”
“Could both of you give it a rest?”
“Fine, but I'm going to prank her again, so she better watch out.”
“I can hear brat, no need to say 'her' or 'she' as though I'm not here.”
The others really looked uncomfortable with all the arguing. It was hard to keep a proper conversation with those two at the other's throat. Some may even be getting a headache from it all. …...Or was that something else?
Suddenly, the room fell silent as all eyes went to the hallway. Then, they were staring as though seeing a ghost. That wasn't far off though, in fact, not at all. In the door way, a girl in a dark renaissance dress, with black hair and red eyes stood motionlessly. For a minute, which felt like an eternity, the girl simply stood there, blank expression with empty eyes. Finally, she blinked and looked around casually, then smiled innocently. “........You all look as though you've seen a ghost. For what reason am I being welcomed like this...?”
While she did know the answer, she simply walked in and leaned her back against a wall nearby the others. Even though she didn't make herself sound threatening or any related, most of the group seemed to shiver just from hearing her voice, which was a bit quiet and slightly hoarse, as though speaking was hard for her. The entirety of her presence sent chills and made all present uncomfortable and unsafe.
While that would normally bother her, she didn't pay any heed and was about to speak again before she heard Tahna mumble, “Great, another freak and with weird sensations too...”
“.......” When the spirit looked over at Tahna, a calm stare and blank expression, the red head quivered in sudden fright. For that, she spoke, then grinned afterwards, “I go by Tenma. Nice to meet you...” Tahna shuddered even more visibly and quickly looked away. Satisfied, Tenma looked back to the others. “...............No introduction yourselves?”
For a minute longer, there was silence. Then, as the temporary host, Kastel put herself first with a small smile. “I am Kastel. Pleasure to have you join us.” After that, the rest began introducing themselves, all except Tahna, who stayed quiet at the table, not looking at anything but it.
“And...” Eyes turned to a young girl, who had slowly welcomed herself in, albeit shyly. “I am Marisa.” She had obviously heard the little introductions, and decided to add herself in the end. The perfect way to have her presence known.
“Hello! Don't be so afraid, we're friendly!”
“And... loud...” Marisa timidly backed away, wondering why she was actually so nervous.
“Sorry!” Vahnahda said, before turning her words into a whisper. “I'll keep it down...”
“She gets excited easily. It's fine though, join us. Come; new friend.”
“U-um... Sorry, the hallway gave me a bad vibe, and here kind of does too. Quite moreso...”
A couple to a few eyes looked over to the dark spirit, who this time showed some kind of regret. Bravely, she admitted, “After awhile of being in here... you'll be more use to it... Sorry, that is simply natural energy I have, and cannot change...” There was a flicker of hatred in those eyes, but of course none of them would know why. “Though for now... I'll move..” Before anyone could say anything, her form seemed to literally evaporate, as though she was never there in the first place. Then, the furthest wall away from everyone, she reappeared, as though being there the whole time.
“No, you didn't have to do that...! I'm sorry, I just-”
“It's “normal”,.. hm, Marisa, right? Don't worry about it, I'll rejoin when all are more comfortable..”
Marisa gave a guilty look, but said nothing more. Miya spoke then, “You are certainly welcome to rejoin us now, miss. You are indeed a dark spirit, but I sense no actual harmful intents from you.” Though she did have the urge to bark at her, for it being an instinct of trying to intimidate something... 'unnatural'.
“Generous words... Disregard my parting, and continue on with the chatting... Though, little wolf, it seems you are hungry.”
“....Well, yes, I am.”
“Mm, wolf? I thought I smelled that kind of animal from you.”
“Arsen? That is correct, I transform into one. Though, not in the color nor personality of the average canine.”
“Mm, of course. Well, you should go eat. It's alright. If they didn't expect such a long wait, there probably wouldn't be any food in the first place. Mm, they knew us to be asleep after all, no doubt.”
“I suppose it's a form of apology. Best not it be let laid waste.” The girl got up, and went to get herself food. “At least we've company with one another too.” Her voice was quite quiet. She probably wasn't one to speak often.
“My, quite a crowd~.”
A soft voice was heard, and everyone looked to the wall a few feet behind Tahna. A girl stood leaning against it, a small smile on her face as she closed her eyes. Her presence had Tahna jump from her seat and move to the other side of the table, just to be further away from her. The white haired girl noted that and only spoke with no form of anger. She only kept up that smile of hers. “How rude. Ah well, your reaction is normal for one who didn't expect a witch to appear behind her.”
“.......H-how long...?”
“Have I been here?” The girl finished for her. “...Not long, Sepia. However, I think I'll leave it as a mystery for the exact number.”
Tenma giggled, having known when she arrived. However, she decided to let her have her fun, and asked, “What name do you go by...?”
“Relika.” She gave a curtsy. “Tenma, I am most definitely honored to be in the presence of a spirit such as yourself. Though, you certainly aren't the only one~.”
“..........Then, that definitely means-...” Tenma stiffened in sudden anger, her eyes beginning to glow, while her hands tightened to fists. Then, she relaxed her features with a small exhale from the nose, however continued glaring with less of a glow. “I was hoping not, even when I did feel the presence earlier, from a room I passed on the way here...”
“......You seem to know each of us already.” Rhenyph eyed the witch questionably. “How is this possible?”
“Could it be you were here all along, but invisible?” Miya asked as she went to sit back where she was, but with food this time. “Not that I'd find that possible, I still should have been able to catch your scent.”
“Ms witch, what were you doing before all this? A majority of us seemed to have been occupied with certain important tasks, soon interrupted, but none to our choosing. Did you perhaps come here intentionally?”
“My, so many questions~.” Relika giggled. “Relika is fine, or shall I call you Ms Elemental?” She was only kidding of course, hoping Kana had that kind of sense of humor. “Anyway... Hm.. With my new friends, we had just finished getting some morning things like food and... coffee...” She shuddered in disgust when she said that word, remembering its awful stench. “I started heading in the direction that'd lead to the edge of town, suggested by one of my friends Necar, who had gotten attacked recently before that morning. We needed to figure out why, so we had begun to head out, until recently... or, maybe it wasn't so recent.”
“.......You're not helping making yourself look any less suspicious.”
“Mm, can't you just answer us more clearly?”
“...Intentional. Perhaps she has been here before all of us. Perhaps some of us other than her have.”
“........You know Kastel, this isn't the first time you've talked like that. It's a little suspicious too.”
Relika's smile widened. “Well of course~. Unfair the judgements be correct the assumptions.” She reached into her sleeve and flicked her wand out at a kettle and a tea cup. It poured tea into the cup, then floated into Relika's hands.
“Um...” Marisa approached them, moreso toward the witch. “I don't know what's going on, but that trick you did was really cool! I'm training to be a magician too! Please, wont you teach me some tricks!?”
The witch smiled back in amusement. “Illusion the trick for the eye to see. Flowing forever beyond the mind is the magics.”
“.......Huh?” It confused not just Marisa, but Relika refrained from explaining her riddle to anyone, and simply directed her attention elsewhere.
A male's voice came from the hallway, and soon enough, a man with light yellow hair and wings stepped out. “You're here too Kana... Good. I hoped to know at least one other of us. Who are they and what is going on?” He looked stiff and wary. Obviously he lacked trust toward all the new faces, though Kana being there, he felt just a bit more relaxed. A bit.
“Raiden...” The water and ice Elemental nodded in acknowledgement toward him, the Lightning Elemental. “We are here due to an invite for a party. The list is on that coffee table. I have gotten to know these beings that are not like us, they are trustworthy, as far as I can tell. However, there are some that are a bit aggressive and mischievous.”
“....I see. Ah,” Raiden looked over to whomever just tugged at his wing. He gave the little albino girl a smile and told her it's alright. “This little shy one is Natsuki. She holds Elemental powers just as her own friends, whom she's worried about, however I can't necessarily call her an Elemental, not our kind of Elemental anyway.”
“Oh my... It's nice to meet you.” Kana greeted and the others passed off a sort of friendly vibe to try helping her feel more welcome. Natsuki looked like she was about to cry though. “We won't harm you.”
Natsuki sniffed. “My friends and I were captured... We had collars around our necks that kept us in control, we'd be shocked by the ones holding us captive if we didn't obey them. ....I'm the only one with a deactivated collar now, b-but my friends...!”
“Mm, that truly is terrible. I wish I'd be able to help somehow, once this is all over. However, I'm guessing the host will just send us back to our own places..”
“I- I understand. You all have your own tasks and I have mine. We're probably really far from each other anyhow. I'll be on my own after this, but I'd like to think my friends will be able to handle themselves for the while. ….Not that... Not that I was much help. Technically, I already filled my role of giving the kidnappers what they wanted.”
Natsuki was acting as though her friends were still around, and perhaps that's what she convinced herself of. She could not believe they were frozen still, and while she had calmed down earlier, those tears returned. She still missed them so much, she wanted to believe they were there, but not necessarily with her. Those who did know and did not, felt bad for her in different ways.
Indeed, the temporary hosts did not correct her, for they understood her feelings. They didn't want to hurt her more by reminding her they were frozen, like everyone in all the other worlds they came from.

“And what could they have wanted from you?”
“......These gems that react to Umeiain power... One for each... Mine is fire.”
“You had no choice in this?”
Natsuki shook her head. “We're helpless, those collars were meant to harm any of those who disobeyed or went too far from our captures....”
“Aww...” Marisa went to hug her, but then Raiden's glare had her back down. Louise spoke in her stead, “I don't think that creature likes anyone not of his kind.”
“You are correct, human.” His glare deepened. “Don't call me a creature again...”
“I'm sorry! There's no need for such distrust! I promise, I have stopped pranking and such. I don't want to be hurt by the non humans after all.”
“........I thought you were still planning to for me..”
“O~h, I am. One last one, just for you. Besides, you're human like me, and no one likes you anyway.” Louise gave Tahna a mischievous grin, before pouting when the red head called her a stupid annoying little brat.
It didn't seem anyone was paying attention anymore, as a different discussion was going on. “This is some party... When the host should come, we demand they take us back.”
“That I agree with! We have been here long enough, not even knowing how long we were passed out. I cannot think of what might be happening to my siblings now.”
“.....Funny, none of us even tried leaving yet. Almost as though we know we cannot.” Sepia added, sighing in annoyance. She then eyed the witch and Kastel. “...However-”
Instead of either of the two speaking, Tahna stepped in, locking a glare on the girl still crying. “Natsuki, get over it. When the hosts get here, you can just go back. I'll be doing the same, demanding to leave! Until then though, quit being such a baby. It wont bring anything nor anyone back!”
“How dare you yell at her!” Raiden grew furious and electric sparks flew out from his body as a warning. Tahna had drawn her glare away from Natsuki, who backed down timidly, and to Raiden who frightened her with his sudden power burst. She refused to show she was afraid, but that didn't mean no one else could tell.
“......Are you going to attack me over someone you barely know? Then do it. I dare you.”
“Please, don't.” Miya begged before hiding her face in Arsen's shirt.
“Raiden, calm yourself.” Kana spoke gently, as she flew over to him. She had found herself comforting Natsuki soon after, who ran to hug her in fear.
“You too.” Relika told Tahna.
Instead of doing so, Tahna glared at the witch. “I don't have to obey you, or anyone, just because you all have some kind of power beyond me. You think your so special, but you're only showing off!”
“......You cannot go a minute without being rude, can you?”
“Believe me, Kana. You weren't here for the first bits.”
“Fortunately...” Kastel mumbled to Tahna's response.
“D....d-don't you miss your friends and family too!? Why have you been so mean!?”
Tahna glared at Natsuki, who hid herself more behind Kana. “How dare you bring them up...” She had begun to approach, even while Raiden raised his powers defensively again, and even Kana looked ready for a fight. Tahna stopped though, only once the witch got in her way. “Hnn......you want to be beaten first?!”
“Your behavior is certainly unwelcoming. Why so hostile all the time?”
“Beats being all goody sweet trusting and loving of everyone, like a majority here. They think they're so important, but they're not! No one is important anywhere! I'm not so cruel as I am blunt with facts. One fact that you all have wrong is that you think you matter, even a little. Ha, that's completely the case! If it wasn't for them, we'd still be in that state!”
It was very silent then, almost like Tahna was yelling at no one. However, Relika and everyone else heard her quite clearly. Relika was the one to speak though, since it was directed at her mostly to begin with. “Bitterly cruel is the kindness that breaks. Defiance yet acceptance creates a future as error yet success creates a past, while struggles yet logic create a present. Absence of past brings nothing, growth lies bleak within the ashes. Without dark, there is no knowledge of light.”
“...........What..??”
“Think about it.” Relika simply put, giving her a small knowing grin. Tahna looked really clueless and taken aback on the whole matter, but decided she would think on it since not understanding the riddle bothered her. The others were quite dumbfounded and rather impressed. The witch didn't think anything big of it though. She only meant to give advice in the form of a riddle. After all, giving blunt answers had no fun in it. “Heheheheh, so... I wonder when the others will come.”
“As well as when the host themself comes in.” Vahnahda added rather loudly. “However, I'll be patient!”
“Hosts, from what she kept saying.” Said Rhenyph, when he looked over at Tahna. He then, looked between her and Arsen. “........Are you two related in some way?” The red haired boy stared in question, not completely understanding him. To clarify, Rhenyph looked from Tahna to Arsen again, once more asking, “You and this girl whom has yet to say her name. Related?”
“Tch, are you stupid?” Tahna asked rudely. “We have the same dark red hair and same blue eyes, except in different shades, but that doesn't mean we have to be related. I especially don't have a tail coming out of my-”
“I was just wondering.” Something about his response told Tahna to not be so angry with him. She wouldn't listen though and continued, “Fine. To clarify, I'm human. Nothing's special about me. I'm a simple dull boring human, just like you. No powers, no brains. I wasn't experimented on, nor anyone in my family. I'm no alien, I'm clearly native to this planet. Sorry if I disappointed you. Hehehehahaha-”
Tahna froze, falling silent.
She saw Tenma looking straight into her eyes, and the crimson eyes of hers seemed to glow. Ominously, a large pair of blackened bat like wings with claws attached appeared behind her; along with a devil tail. As she grinned, there was a vicious pair of fangs. Her nails also seemed to grow into more of a claw like form.
All that caused Tahna to shudder, while the others looked at her quizzically.
They didn't, no they couldn't catch the glimpse of what Tahna was witnessing. Only she saw and even blackened smoke rose out from Tenma's body. However, once Tahna blinked, Tenma looked like a normal human with a relaxed frown. With what Tahna had just witnessed, yet seeing Tenma completely calm and composed; everything about it was frightening. It had her wondering if she hallucinated all that. She never had before, so why now?
“.......You need to lighten up.” Sepia commented soon after. “We haven't even done anything to you, yet all you've done is insult us. Are you listen-... huh?” Along with the others, Sepia watched Tahna collapse to the floor.

Rhenyph immediately went to help her onto a couch, and the others made room for Tahna to be put on it. They had no idea what happened, but Tenma only gave away a small smirk that said, 'it at least got her to shut up'. However, she hadn't expected the girl to faint from it. Ah, a bonus, it could be considered. Tenma was a demon after all, putting fear into others was not new. She found it utterly amusing by Tahna's reaction, but she kept herself from laughing.
“........I wonder what happened here.” Kana would question out loud, but the others were as clueless as she. Instead of pestering in her own head about it, she went to get a cloth, and use her power to add water to it, thus giving a dampened feel. After that, she'd come back to put it on Tahna's head. “This girl may be rude, but.... she looks rather innocent now that she's asleep.”
“Trust me, you've no idea how she was being earlier.” Kastel commented, wondering if Kana would think differently had she been there as early as Kastel herself, which would be quite early. In fact, by a week.
“I'm afraid I don't understand what you're implying from that.” After kneeling down to where Tahna lay, Kana had carefully made sure she was still alive, before looking up at Kastel. “Are you suggesting if one is not nice, then they have no form of innocence to be seen, not even a little?”
“Mm, I don't think it should be seen like that. What Kastel meant was you might not be saying that, if you were here earlier.”
“B-but....” Miya spoke up. “....I- I don't see how it should make a difference. Believe what you want, isn't that something we are all free to have...?”
“I have to agree. She's a rude peasant, not worth my time, however she is still human. At some point, she was innocent, and in some ways, she probably still is. I doubt she chose to be homeless and lose all that she cared about or even those she cared for. Unfortunate events that caused her to harden her heart.”
“After all, she doesn't know how else to be... Having no proper guidance, nor a happier past.” Sepia shrugged. Like Kastel, she didn't like Tahna, but she understood where the others were coming from. Kastel sort of did, but didn't really want to accept it. After all, she got no apologies from this girl she barely knew.
In fact, it was a reason Sepia and Vahnahda hadn't yet forgiven her. Tahna wasn't sorry for her actions and was likely to continue after she woke up. Thus, the two girls along with Kastel, who had been insulted most by her, weren't ready to forgive. Even though, on some level, they understood where the others were getting at. It did not justify Tahna's actions now.
Arsen, while he had been there the whole time, didn't hold a as big a grudge toward the unconscious girl as the other three girls were. He didn't like Tahna insulting them, and she did kind of scare him, but he didn't show any kind of hatred toward her. However, that didn't mean he was going to defend her if she got in trouble. Unless, she decided to be a little nice for a change. All he had been hearing from her mouth were insults though.
Raiden, well, he just didn't care. He didn't really care about any of them except for Kana and Natsuki. Speaking of Natsuki, she was quite afraid of Tahna, but did want to eventually come to terms with her and everyone else.
Relika gave a disappointed look through one of her many smirks. “I hope she thought about that riddle. Even if she figured it out, it doesn't look like it gave enough impact on her as I had hoped.”
“You'll get another chance.” Kana replied calmly. “It's terrible to think of the kinds of things she went through, that led to this behavior. It sounded like you were telling her that she could still create a better future for herself, should she allow it.”
“That's right. Don't let what happened to you take control and bring you ruin. Instead, try overcoming it and turn it to a strength. Strengths that wouldn't hurt you or anyone else.”
“Mm, I feel there's more meaning to it than that, but it sounds pretty helpful so far. ….If someone knew what you were saying.”
“If reality wont give blunt answers for what you can; should; shouldn't; and can't do in life, nor shall I.” The witch nodded once to Arsen, who simply smiled with a shrug. “There's definitely more meaning to it, in the end it's advice, which is why I'd rather you think more on it; especially the one I gave the riddle to.” She looked back at Tahna, if only for a moment, before going over to the long table and making herself some more tea, as well as getting some food.
While no one was looking, if anyone had, they would have seen Tenma deepen her stare toward the ones speaking amongst each other. Her eyes held no malice, but it was a kind of curiosity. Yet, at the same time, it really annoyed her. She never did help herself on any of that...
“Just a little rest, and she'll probably be back up and insulting everyone again.” Somehow, Sepia felt amused, before joining Relika and Kastel at the long table.
“I think I'll get more too!” Vahnahda said, once more, rather loudly. She joined the three girls at the long table to look over the food choices.
“Mm, we're all guilty to the host for eating before everyone else is here.” Arsen chuckled. Not that he had any food yet himself. He was tempted though... Before he could though, he heard a growl and saw Tenma to be staring defensively at two people that came out from the hallway.
“...Sis...!” One of the beings was another spirit, a female, and the opposite kind of spirit from her sibling. However, like Tenma, she disguised herself to look more human. Her body didn't look transparent, so it made it as though she had a physical form. Her hair was blond with a shine like Tenma's, but in reality it was white like her wings, which were also hidden from view.
There was a living human boy next to her, or rather, somewhat behind her, due to trying to hide himself from the dark spirit. He even used his newspaper boy hat to cover his face a little more. Though, his eyes showed a little, and it was easily apparent he was glaring in wary to the dark entity.
Arsen only watched, and noted how much more at peace he felt with the arrival of this new girl. Unlike with Tenma, he felt more safe and at ease. Peace and calmed feelings took place. He, of course, didn't know the reason behind it. However, he did assume she was some kind of spirit like the demon was.
“.......Are you sure I cannot see you, chosen child...?” Tenma asked, as she ominously approached, daring him to come out. To show he was brave, Haku indeed took a step away from his guardian. He made himself more visible to everyone, including the demon. She snickered before looking over to her sister. “You're late Tenshi. You know what this is, right?”
“Looks like a party.” Tenshi guessed with an uncertain gaze. “Are we last to come?”
“You are, oddly enough... I would think you'd have come earlier, but it satisfies me you didn't.”
“Mm, she is right.” Arsen said while looking at the list. He didn't know why, of course, Tenma wasn't friendly with Tenshi, and yet Tenshi seemed moreso with Tenma. However, he simply assumed it was because they were opposite kinds of spirits, yet siblings. He felt it'd be wrong to intrude on what was their business, so he simply continued, “You both are welcome to make yourselves comfortable while we wait. Some have already started eating. Speaking of which-” Arsen happily went over to where the food was.
After being amused, Tenma looked back to Tenshi with a relaxed frown as the girl spoke to her, asking, “Tenma, do you remember anything before this?”
After a moment in thought, the girl answered in indication she did, “....If you mean the fight everyone went into.”
“Yes. Ah, Haku, why don't you go eat while I speak with my sister?” She give him a sweet smile before lightly pushing him forward. Rather than arguing, Haku went to get food, knowing Tenshi could handle herself if it came down to it. After that, the spirit approached Tenma, who gave her a warning stare. “Then we were all knocked out, and woke up in those rooms.”
“That's right. I remember the demon, I heard his name was Kuroi, speaking to me. Then he left to see that kid who had a lot of power on him. I remember waking up here only afterwards. I wonder... the length in time we have been unconscious...”
“I hope not long, but if we stay here...” Tenshi gave a worried look. “I hope the others will be okay.”
“Perhaps, perhaps not...” Tenma smirked, crossing her arms. “Your fellow angels may be able to handle themselves, but who knows if the demon king will let them off so easily....”
“............Tenma, why didn't you join the fight? It could have been your chance to get back at me.”
The demon smiled, looking as though enjoying what Tenshi had said. “That big a death wish, sis?” Her smile went into a bit of an annoyed frown then. “...What does it matter? I didn't get in the way of angels nor demons... One less to worry about.” She scoffed, before walking away from her ever so angelic sister. While she failed to see it, Tenshi watched with concern, not at all following her.
..
“Hm... Ah, the list. Since everyone is here, we should finally learn that girl's name.” Spoke Sepia, who moved some stray strands of hair from her eyes.
“Who is all here that we don't know someone's name?” Raiden asked and was given the answers. He went to look at the list. “...Then, the last one is a Tahna.” He cast the paper aside, leaving it back on the coffee table.
Relika stretched as she began to speak. “Adding from Vahnahda's statements earlier, that girl has nothing left to live for it seems. It is no wonder she didn't speak her name, already regarding herself as a nobody.”
Raiden shrugged, indifferent toward one who wasn't like him. Especially when Tahna was a mere human. He soon enough went to get food like the others were.
“Is she the only one with no kind of ability?” Kana asked, and the others shrugged. Even Haku had some kind of power, controlling wind. Similar power to the elements that Elementals and Umeiains have. He was neither though, technically, he was human. Marisa was also human, but as stated earlier, she could perform magical tricks, beginner level, but it was still something.
Rhenyph was human, but he could use magic to make a shield of any size.
“I-if so, no wonder she is jealous of us...” Miya said quietly.
“I'm human, with no special supernatural ability.” Louise smiled, kind of liking the idea.
“Hey now, I have no special abilities either. Royal blood grants me a kind of power, but it's not like any of yours. I'm just like that peasant when it comes to having no kind of special ability or power. Unless you really want to count the royalty part.” Vahnahda shrugged at the last bit of her sentence.
“.....That is true..” Kana looked at her apologetically. “I- I wasn't meaning it in a bad way...”
“I'm not offended! Sorry it came out that way!”
“Heheheh, that's okay.”
At this point, everyone got food, except for the angel and demon. They did not need any technically, and a majority knew already why. Everyone sat at the long table after getting their food and drinks. It was no longer empty, it bustled with activity. The only ones not at the long table were the two spirits and Tahna of course. They were by the coffee table, each of the three in three different seats.
Everyone continued chatting. Then, a loud noise like thunder enshrouded the entire room. Next to come was smoke. Those with sensitive ears had to cover them, while each person at the table looked over to where Raiden stood, as he apparently went to get seconds. He was by the food, and even had a sandwich on a plate.
“What!?” Tahna jolted awake. The thunder from Raiden's lighting made enough noise like a real thunderstorm was directly inside the room. Therefore, by all means, it would be loud. It was like being next to someone shooting off fireworks.

“..........Sorry.” Raiden apologized, looking unfazed by the noise and silence he created. “I wanted a melted ham and cheese sandwich. One that had a bit of my power to spark the flavor, so the microwave would have not done the trick.”
“Didn't see that coming!” Vahnahda stated loudly.
“Our poor hearts...” Kana sighed.
“My poor ears...!” Miya added, and Arsen agreed.
“My, way to scare us.”
Raiden stared at Relika, who had placed a hand to her heart, like some others did, but smiled to hide that she was currently calming herself down from earlier. “......Like I care.”
“Oh? Of course you don't~.” She responded before taking a deep breath.
“.....” Natsuki had covered her ears, then put her hands on the table and looked down. His lightning power reminded her of the time two of her friends, Kano and Reiki, tried escaping with her and Nakia. However, the collars their captors put on them, shocked both the boys. From the time she was frozen, that wasn't too long ago.
“Ugh,” Tahna spat breath out. She had a slight headache, and felt uneasy with what her situation was. She had no idea how long she had been out. Last memory was a demon born from Tenma.
Rhenyph approached her and asked how she was.
“.....Huh?” Tahna gave a suspicious look. “What does it matter to you?”
“A lady hurt her head, I wanted to see if she's alright.”
“....Get away from me, creep.”
“He's worried. The least you could do is show you care as much as he does.”
“Nah, not in my tastes.” Tahna shrugged before standing up, and moving away from Rhenyph. She didn't join the others at the table, but instead leaned against a wall near them. “Hosts come yet?”
“Nope.”
“Tch. Screw this!” Tahna walked over to the hallway. “It looks like more came since I fainted, and I want to guess everyone is here.” She looks back at them in annoyance. “I don't know how long I've been out, but they should have been here by now.”
“You're leaving?”
“No fool. I'd like to, but I have a responsibility here. Don't I?” She looked to Kastel, Natsuki, and Relika. “Anymore revelations yet, girls? If not, let's just start it here.”
“.....So you do know something.”
“I knew it!”
“Mm, figured something was up with you, as well as Kastel and Relika.”
“Doesn't that mean you took us away from important tasks we were doing?”
“You will explain that, right?”
“Maybe, or we'll leave it up to the real hosts. Yes, four of us know in here more than we should. We actually weren't trying to hide it, so much as simply hint it out. Explaining when not many arrived would have become annoyingly repetitive.” Tahna crossed her arms, looking pleased and yet annoyed. “I admire that none of you were dumb enough to not notice. We did make it a little obvious, right?”
“.....That's probably the nicest way she'll ever make what's suppose to be a compliment.”
“Yeah, shut up. We're all here, so can we begin already...? I do have the feeling it has been long enough. Therefore, they should come, quite soon. Let's be good temporary hosts now.”
“You saying this...” Kastel shook her head, before standing up. Relika and Natsuki followed. Finally, this was their cue. The others will arrive not too long from now. So they hoped.
“You mean, Natsuki too?” Raiden asked. “She didn't indicate it much.”
“Due to that I don't want to think about what has really happened.”
“.....What really happened...?”
“We'll get to that.” Kastel confessed. “First, I apologize for the wait. We didn't mean anything by that, we just didn't want to start until all were here. The hosts currently are gathering three more for this party.”
Natsuki continued for her. “That is all this is, by the way. A party, and for the anniversary of HC. That abbreviation alone should ring a bell to each of your ears. It stands for Hidden Clans, which is a world we're all a part of and made from. Though, we are not of the main. The cats are. If it wasn't for their creations first, none of us would exist.”
“.......That does ring a bell.” Someone said, and others were in agreement.
“That shouldn't excuse why you took us away from what we were doing. They were important!”
“You'd rather be frozen? Because that's what occurred in your worlds.” Tahna spoke in a darker tone. “You won't understand yet, but when they get here, you surely will. We're only here to watch over you and keep all going smoothly, until they arrive. Then, we're just like the rest of you: guests.” The red head smiled, then began laughing, placing a hand to her chest, as a means to point at herself. “Hehehahah, must be surprising to hear all this from me. I wasn't exactly keeping things going too smoothly, as I'm sure you'd agree with me there.”
“That's enough, Tahna, honestly.” Kastel shook her head in displeasure.
“You never stop.” Natsuki stated to the red head. “Anyway, it has been at least a week since our first meeting with the real hosts, and we all took the time to prepare. There are eight of us together. Due to the amount of guests, we needed the necessary amount for preparations.”
This time, Relika continued for her, “It truly was successful, in the end. Decorations complete, food and drinks prepared, and inviting our guests finished. While our true hosts are not here, the party technically started the moment the first of you came here.” She and the others hear a meow then, and from the hallway ran in a tiny grey striped cat. “M~y, so they've returned.” She let Mint onto her shoulder, and he communicated to her the news. “Due to the fact he's my familiar, I can understand him. We are connected in that way. Our hosts are here, he said, and are coming this way as we speak.”
“FINALLY!” Tahna kicked the doorframe, afterwards did a perfect back flip. She then twirled around once with her arms out straight, and who knew why. The news must have simply excited her so. “Fantastic, yes!” Her fist went into the air, and she hardly realized how much she was grinning. “Brilliant, absolutely perfect!” She slapped Kastel in the back, not intending to actually hurt her, but the winged girl lost her balance and nearly fell to the ground. Tahna then tightly hugged Natsuki while lifting the young girl up. After that, she giggled and ran in circles for a minute with her arms waving about up and down.
The other three hosts gave her some space, by moving to the side a little. That behavior was something they had never seen before, not to mention, Tahna slapped and hugged two of the three. So it was a little... creepy. Better yet, disturbing.
“.......What?” Tahna put her hands to her hips when she noticed they moved away from her. She seemed to be done with her little out of character scene. She didn't look like she cared, or even realized what she just performed.
“........We saw nothing...” Said Tenma. -_-;
“Nope, nothing at all.” Agreed Tenshi. ^_^;
“The heck are you two anyway?” Tahna asked with a suspicious glare, while crossing her arms. “Both spirits. Obviously opposites from the other. What kind specifically?”
For a moment, Tenshi looked saddened and regretful, before opening her mouth to speak. “If you really want to know, I am an angel; she is a demon. We are half siblings to one another, and both were alive and human hundreds of years ago.” While Tenshi had introduced the kind of spirits they were as well as their relations, Tenma snarled at the reminder.
“Explains a lot.” Tahna added in, not looking toward Tenma in fear of her doing whatever she did again. The snarl worsened that fear.
“Mm, I noticed before, but you two don't seem to be on the best of terms. I was only thinking it's because angel and demon naturally aren't.”
“You are correct, angel and demon are not ones to cooperate well with one another. However, that doesn't mean they never will. What Tenma and I went through... it's a long story, but there is more than us simply being opposites and therefore hating each other only for that.”
“........” Tenma had looked away in a glare, hiding frustration and other emotions when her hair moved in front of her face. The grudge she held against Tenshi, needed to be held back more violently. Otherwise, she may end up causing chaos for everyone, when the only one she'd want to harm was her sister.
“Tenma?” The demon looked up, and calmed herself almost immediately. She had increased the negative energy within the room, so it had what she felt not go unnoticed. It basically proved how sensitive a topic it was.
“...........I don't like that she is here though. Why was a demon accepted in here?” When Haku had finally spoken up, it wasn't something many would like to hear, especially not Tenshi. She gave him a look to tell him how rude he was being. He merely eyed Tenma in fearful and hating suspicion.
“Regardless of what anyone is, those that could be helped, we brought here.” Relika stated. “Unless she is doing something unsettling, not natural to her energy, then you may tell us. Otherwise, we want to expect you'd show as much respect to her as she would back.”
“Are you certain, child, you really don't mind I be in your presence...? I may not be harming anyone now, but you cannot trust I wont later.” As much as she hated to agree with Haku, she didn't understand why she was allowed there, for being a demonic entity. Had they not known of the terrible things dark spirits could do, especially demons?
“I believe all of us do feel uncomfortable around you! However, for me, it's not as bad as when you first came in! I also think it's a cool experience for both angel and demon spirits to be here, because I've never gone through that before! I could keep an eye on you, but as far as I can tell now, you're not planning anything to destroy this party!”
Tenma gave a look of interest, as the others seemed to be agreeing with Vahnahda, save for a few who were rather unsure. Good. That's how it should be. No one should completely trust her for being what she is. Even Tenma understood that. She hoped no one had their complete trust put into her, just because she wasn't harming any one at the moment. Why, it was only natural that no one trust a demon entirely. Tenshi would be the most likely to, Tenma suspected, of all those in the room currently. Of course she would though.
In the end, the whole idea saddened the girl. She knew she could never be fully and truly accepted. While that little sweet angel would, and everyone will love her, Tenma would be left in the dark simply for being a demon. An entity she never chose to be, but had to deal with it. The past, present, and future... all because of Tenshi!
..!
“Looks like everything has been kept well enough.” A familiar voice said from the hallway. Natsuki, Tahna, Kastel, and Relika moved out of the way, and four more people entered the room. “Ah, good afternoon everyone. Sorry to keep you waiting. Well, let's begin, shall we?”

“Welcome to our anniversary party for the community that created us. Its existence has been eight years, and on this day, it is the 8th anniversary. Sadly, things have changed since then, and we'll go over that. For now, we who have just arrived, will introduce ourselves.” Rayna explained.
The temporary hosts did not need to speak their own names, since everyone already knew. So, only Rayna; Sheina; Akio; and Akane introduced themselves. After that, they explained more about why everyone was there, and what happened to all the worlds.
It was included on what the party should be about and what could happen. Their worlds may not be there anymore, and might never even come back, but due to that, all the more reason. They explained more of their origins and the cats of the clans, whom were honored and respected the most of all others. There was the addition of why the clan worlds were not frozen over, and what happened in its place.
As they would, everyone reacted in similar or the same way as the eight did when they first found out. It took a bit, but the eight standing at the front continued to make all sound better for the rest of the group. Long minutes passed, about a half hour later, before all began to quiet down and allow them to continue officially.
Lastly, they brought up the three cats that would be joining them later. Being feral cats, they were not so use to any of this. Therefore, it had taken awhile just to get them out from hiding in their own territories. When finally convinced, they were brought along, though they were frightened beyond belief for being in a car, with which they called 'monsters'.
Four clans, Smokeclan; Mountainclan; Treeclan; and Doomclan. From Treeclan was a fire orange cat, named after the color of her pelt: Firefur. Smaller and younger, one who was considered from Treeclan, but had been found in Smokeclan was the black cat Petripelt. She had apparently followed the group that traveled to Smokeclan to find the black cat Firepelt. Her status was higher than the simple warrior status of what Firefur held, for she was the highly respected medicine cat for Smokeclan. Medicine cats from any clan were most respected by all clan cats usually.
While technically, Firefur was the oldest by age, Firepelt was the oldest one to be a part of HC; for she had come since its creation and before it. Petripelt was old enough to surpass apprenticeship, but still quite young. She had been in HC for almost as long as Firepelt, but she never made herself too well known; perhaps not even known at all.
“For the time being, they are in a different room together. They need time getting over being inside a car with strangers not of their species. It would probably overwhelm them more with this much change at once, and being seen by so many others. By the end of this party, they will be here. Likely they'll be helping us for when we decide whether to move on or to not.”
“What about them with moving on?”
“.......It hasn't been said.”
Indeed, that may be known later. When the right time comes. Speaking of which: “Question! How long is this party until the time we make our final decisions?”
“It's as long as everyone wants it to be. I'd say it'd be over by the time the last being in here makes their final decision and goes through with it. So, basically when none are left in this room. Otherwise, it technically would end at midnight, since it'd no longer be the 22nd then.”
Since the rest of the hosts, and the last of the guests were explained, everyone could get back to talking. In fact, now that all was known that could be, the party could be fun without anymore suspicions of why all were present in the first place. It was all agreed upon, and so the party continued.
“Now that all is done, we can relax with everyone else.” Akio told the other three hosts. “I have to say, I'm looking forward to how this will all turn out. .......Hey, Akane, you alright there?”
Apparently, she wasn't paying attention. The girl's stomach growled as she stared, not at the food, but... “Nya, rodent...” She licked her lips, and got into a hunting stance.
Arsen looked up upon hearing the word of what he was a part of. He got shivers up his spine as he saw a predator to be feared.
“Fresh rodent!” She jumped at him, but he was quick enough to get out from his seat and run away. She of course chased him. “FOOD!”
“AHHHHH!!!”
“Oh no...” Akio placed a hand on his forehead. Everyone else watched, out of shock, amusement, even a bit of fear. However, the scene felt most comical. Akane wouldn't really eat him, would she? They hoped not.
After tripping and falling to the ground, Arsen watched fearfully as Akane ran up and opened her jaws wide to show sharp cat fangs. She pounced one more time to get him, however she never reached him nor the ground itself.
“Huh? Wh-what's going on!?” Akane fretted. She found herself very uncomfortable as she was floating. Nothing held onto her, and she was a bit high up. Normally cat's like high places, but the way it was was not to Akane's liking.
“So sorry, we can't have you eating our guests, can we?” The witch asked as she pointed her wand at Akane.
“Mrrow! Put me down please! I wont do it again, m-mrrow, I wont!”
It was enough of an apology from her, not to mention Relika knew how Akane was by now. And so, she lowered her to the ground gently, and released the spell from her.
“Whoa! So cool!” Marisa told Relika in admiration. Though, she seemed more interested in the magic itself rather than the witch who used it.
“You should have told me you were hungry when we stopped at that gas station.” Explained Akio when he approached the girl. He had taken something out of a bag he so happened to be holding, and held out to the girl a wrapped juicy meaty cheeseburger.
Akane looked regretful, holding her stomach. “Sorry...” She saw the burger then, and took it in hesitation. When it was confirmed to be hers officially, she got to her feet and hugged Akio, purring.
“Nya, thank you Akio! Yay, food! Oh-!” She looked at Arsen, who backed away from her. “I'm sorry mr. rodent. Let's be friends, nya.” She held out her paw, but rather than taking it, Arsen ran and hid behind Miya. Akane looked saddened. “Aw... no be friends...”
“I don't blame him-” Akio mumbled, and saw her pout. “nah, erm, I mean- don't worry! We'll all be friends soon. Ahahahah!”
Akane looked at her burger, took a chunk off, and stuffed it in Akio's mouth. She simply started eating what was left of the burger in her paws afterwards.

While that was going on, Louise smiled darkly as she silently walked away from a particular location. She bumped into someone then, and looked up while giving an expression of innocence. “Well, hello there. I am not doing anything suspicious at all!”
The one she bumped into was Rayna, and she knelt down before putting her hand gently on the girl's head. Louise looked unsure and nervous, but the other girl only smiled. “We missed you for not being in your first story. We apologize for that. It took a while to find you, but we did of course.”
“What are you talking about? I switched stories?”
“You don't remember now, but perhaps a certain object will help. Relika.”
The white haired girl looked up in question, but smiled and snapped her fingers. In Rayna's hands appeared a rose gold flute. She allowed for Louise to hold it, whom of which had a flicker of recognition in her eyes.
For a minute, there was silence. Louise didn't know how to make sense of what she was realizing, until soon enough, it all came to her like it was natural.
“........N-no way... This flute.” She held it in one hand, while rubbing its smooth surface with the other. “...The first one, my first one." She paused, taking a breath. "I can't believe...I forgot..”
Tears welled up in her eyes as vivid memories came to her that in which came from a different world. She remembered the friends she made not long before the world stopped. In other words, they were very well acquaintances whom she would soon enough be friends with if enough time passed. None did, but still... If it had been given the choice, it would have been a world full of music, and she would have been with a wonderful group.
“Louise... You should have joined us as one of the first, for you would technically be after Natsuki but before Kastel on the list. However, the story switch placed you closer to the bottom. For that, I'm very sorry we couldn't find you soon enough.”
“We all are.” Sheina added when she approached.
“No way.” Louise had wiped her eyes. “I'm happy enough you brought this to me. Thank you. I think, for the sake of that world, I should play this flute. Only problem is, I get stage fright. Quickly and horribly.”
“You don't have to play then.”
“Oh no. I would be honored to, if you'd allow it. Just give me some time to practice as well collecting some courage.” Louise smiled, before gasping in realization when a loud scream reached her ears. She, along with some others looked to where Tahna was standing. Her face, hair, and shirt was covered in sticky pie pieces.
She wiped some from her eyes, then glared at Louise who covered her mouth laughing. “...You... BRAT!”
“Guess now would be the perfect time to search this building and find a sound proof room.” Louise started laughing nervously, before running away, quickly leaving the room. Tahna ended up chasing after her of course.
“......I'm going to make sure those two live.” Sheina told Rayna, before running out of the room to follow them. Akio had walked over to Rayna, who was left, having a worried look painted on his face.
Looking back at him with a reassuring smile, Rayna replied, “Don't worry. Sheina can and will take care of it. Things like this are not new to her.”
Akio sighed. “I hope you're right.”
“You doubt me!?”
“Of course! Who can trust someone like you?”
“You're just jealous.”
"There's nothing to be jealous of."
"More so than with you."
"You call that an insult?"
"At least I can make one." With a smirk, Rayna crossed her arms. She then laughed a little, as did Akio, before speaking again, “Anyway, I'm going to get some food and relax. See ya~.”
After waving to her, Akio overheard a conversation going on between Natsuki, Raiden, and Sepia. He heard them asking what they could do while at the party, and Natsuki mentioned chatting and eating. “You could always also play games.” He added in as he approached. “We can find some for you or make up one here. Just as long as everyone has fun.”
“And when we get to the choice of choosing later, how will we know it's the right one?”
“You wont. It's trial and error. Once you learn how to move from world to world though, the whole process will become a lot easier. We'll guide you through, when the time comes.”
“Meanwhile,” Rayna began, after nodding to Akio who had answered some questions for the others, looking over to the cat girl. “Akane, why don't you check on the cats?” When she had said that, Akane looked up from eating and nodded, before leaving through the hallway. She hoped they would be feeling better about their situation by the time Akane arrived there. Though, it hadn't been as bad as it could have been. Perhaps she should thank Firepelt for that.

“I will end you...” Said Tahna as she approached Louise who had run into a soundproof room.
“U-uh.. no ending here.. Heheh, it was a prank, don't you know how jokes work?” Louise held on to her flute tightly as she backed herself against a wall. Tahna continued to approach with an angered expression, while adding her own claim, “You have poor taste!”
“And you should clean yourself up before beating me up. I wouldn't want us both to drown in pie.”
Tahna gaped, before giving her a furious look. “That's it, brat!” She raised both hands, and aimed for Louise's shoulders, possibly to knock her down.
“I don't think so.” Sheina grabbed both of her arms swiftly, and put them behind Tahna's back. The red head struggled to get loose, but her strength wasn't enough for Sheina. “Tahna, I don't want to treat you like a criminal. Calm yourself.”
“....Tch, easy for you to say. Why am I being punished when she's the one who started it?”
“Because you were about to make it worse than it actually is.”
“Was not. I only wanted to throw her to the ground and pound her face in.”
“Uh huh.. That's not making it worse at all.” Sheina shook her head. “Relax, Tahna. Let's talk this out.”
“WHY!?” She struggled more, but it was still quite futile. “You're suppose to hate me like everyone else! Hate me, despise me! Why do you freaking care!?!?”
Sheina let go of her arms and hugged her from behind instead. “I want to understand you. I want to be your friend.”
“......” Tahna was speechless for a moment, but much to her own surprise, her body relaxed. From the sounds of it, she took a couple deep breaths before more quietly, but still slightly aggressively spoke, “I don't need friends. Why would anyone want to be?”
“You may have lost your friends, family, everything when you became homeless. That doesn't mean you don't have a future, however! You just need to try.”
“The only way the homeless can live is by stealing. The world is unfair anyway, we shouldn't have to pay to survive. Guess you could say I rebel to live.”
“You don't have to, not anymore. Start over with us, I assure you we can find a world you'd probably grow to like. There are millions of stories to choose from! Yes, it's not the same, but... is it the way you want now?”
“......No... o-of course not. But it's how it has to be. I'm a thief, a criminal. I don't deserve a second chance, so back off. Even I understand I've done things by now that people will know I deserve punishment. Eventually, that's what it would come to, for the good guys always win, and I'm not one of them.”
“But, I don't want you to get caught and sent to jail, or worse. It wouldn't be fair for you who only wants to live.”
“Did you not hear me? I am not meant to have a happy ending, I will forever be a criminal no matter what I do to repent for it!”
“If you are a criminal just for trying to survive against the laws, so am I. That means I'm a sinner for eternity as well, no matter what I do now to make up for it.. Trust me, you don't want to walk the path I did. It was fun to make friends like me, but living was hard, and our ways did more harm than help.
We were a gang, most of us homeless or very poor. Even though almost everyone didn't choose to be so poor or homeless,.. it's because of that we had to commit crimes for the sake of our survival. Though... some of it ended up not even just for that, regrettably...
We could have gotten caught, sent to jail, even killed. In fact, some of us were or almost were. Regret is the worst form of torture, when nothing can be done to change or make up for what happened. You don't want to live that kind of life, especially not alone.”
After a long pause, Tahna sighed, “So this is why you've been the nicest to me, even after my actions. I didn't understand before because it lacked explanation.” She half heartily laughed, “If I can choose a different world, a new life, maybe it's better I forget the previous. Yet, maybe it's not. I don't know really, it doesn't necessarily erase one's sins.”
“Everyone has sins, girl.” Louise stated. “The point is to get past and overcome them. The only one who makes the sin worse is the person who committed it, and those around that person who knows.”
“.....When did you get so smart?” Tahna wondered, annoyed that she didn't completely understand her. She then looked down a little, feeling more amused than before. “You know, this would probably be a more dramatic scene if it wasn't for the fact I'm covered in pie.”
“Haha, yeah...” Sheina let go of her and walked to stand next to her. “Shall I clean you up?”
“I'm no baby you know. If you have a shower in this place, which wouldn't be surprising considering how large this building is, I can clean up there. …...Th-tha-thanks though...” Tahna looked away, blushing in embarrassment for how awkward she sounded with her gratitude.
“Hey, I'm um, sorry for the prank. I just- well, it doesn't matter. I'm sorry about it. Friends?” Louise held out her hand. She watched Tahna put her hands in her pockets and reply, “Whatever.” She started walking to the door.
“I'll show you to the shower and bath area. Oh~, new clothes too. Louise, will you be alright on your own for awhile?”
“No problem. I'll just be practicing, then I'll let you hear when you get back.” Louise explained with a smile. Sheina nodded, and left with Tahna to find a different room.
It was silent, if for only a minute or so. Louise didn't outright state it, but she was glad to actually make a couple friends. She realized her pranking wasn't getting her anywhere, and earlier she had grown tired of it. She forgot why she still wanted to prank Tahna even after growing tired of it.
Still, to think she'd make friends with her. ...Sort of? Regardless, Louise wasn't complaining. It had been a hard thing to do, making friends in the past. The ones she did were now gone. It was because of them though, and that world, she wanted to go back to being that better girl she was. Tahna had her own reasons to change herself, but the fact was both were in for a change. A new chance. It left a peaceful and happy mark.
“........Alright. Let's do this. One, two, three.” Louise told herself, tapping her foot to make a rhythm before beginning to play the flute.

Meanwhile, Akane shyly walked into the room where the clan cats were. She smiled as it was noticed they were relaxing, and eating the food the hosts provided for them. They noticed her, and so she awkwardly closed the door when eyes fell on her.
She was glad Mint was there, the one cat she was most familiar with. She honestly felt slightly uncomfortable, even though she was part feline. Mint helped her nerves though, even while he played with a toy mouse, not paying much attention to anyone else at the moment. Even though he was there to make sure he could contact the others if the clan cats needed anything, he was still a kitten.
“Uh, hi.” She communicated through a meow. What was known: only Mint, Akane, Arsen, and Miya could understand what they were saying. Those beings were closest to their inner animal instincts and ways of learning. Thus, they could be translators, especially Akane and Mint. They had already done so earlier in order to convince the cats at all. “I was just checking on you. Is there anything you need?”
The orange cat, Firefur, watched warily, staying silent. Her tail twitched a bit, up and down. It foretold she wasn't completely sure with the one who had just entered the room. Such a surprise wouldn't exist for that, after all, she is a feral feline. Petripelt, the small black cat with the grey tip on her tail, merely watched in curiousity and interest. Lastly, the bigger black cat with a diamond shaped mark on the forehead, Firepelt looked over without judgement.
“I don't think we need anything.” Petripelt meowed. “You gave us fresh kill and water. I think that's enough, but thank you.” She purred.
Firepelt walked closer to the edge of the bed, coming toward Akane. “We are grateful to you, for doing this.” She purred and gave a slow blink. When cats do that trick, it indicates a form of mutual trust.
“Still are two-legs though.. I know you said it's okay because Moonclan gave you the message, but I'm still not so sure about this.” Adding her opinion, Firefur made a light growl. It was noted, Akane's ears drooped.
“I think they're amusing.” Purred Petripelt, before licking her paw. “Why's it so wrong Firefur? These two-legs understand us. In fact, we are very important to them. They are not out to harm us.”
“As Medicine Cat, I can confirm Petripelt's words. We all know that Moonclan wouldn't want anything against us, and would warn us in some way if it should occur.”
“Then why are we the only few left? Moonclan should have warned us about that.” While she was distrusting the most of the three, she came due to the respect of a medicine cat informing her all was alright to go with. She definitely wouldn't have gone if it would end up just being her.
A wild cat around beings it wasn't use to could end up dangerous to itself and those around it. That is, should it not have any way to help it relax. That was why they were in a separate room to begin with, so they could feel more comfortable before seeing everyone.
“...They couldn't.” It was a quiet, almost inaudible meow.
“Firefur, relax.” Petripelt purred. “We already came this far.”
“It will help them, but you must also let it help us.”
“......Then, what do we do?”
“Act like it's a gathering, but with two-legs and fresh kill. We don't need to be so serious here, for Moonclan assures it is alright. We lost so much, and this was meant to help us, not hurt us.”
“I'll try.”
“It would be appreciated.” The purr Firepelt made to reassure the orange cat, was full of a pleasant rhythm.
Akane was a bit scared, but sighed in relief. “I'm glad you three came. The fact this means a lot to us, means it is more so to you.” Firepelt nodded to her. “Alright, then I'll see you later.” She bid them farewell, before leaving the room. Not long after, Petripelt approached Firepelt, and rubbed her head against the older cat. “I'm very sorry. I know the tragedy that befell us hurts you the most.”
“Nonesense. It hurt you too, all of us.”
“Not as much as you. After all,” Petripelt walked forward and looked back to the black cat. “I never made any friends. I only knew you, before you left, Thunderclaw.” She stared only for a moment longer, not revealing any sort of emotions, before disappearing from Firepelt and Firefur's sight. When she did, Firefur questioned, “......Thunderclaw, did she call you? Have I missed something?”
“We've been a part of HC for a long time. That one's not even my original name.” The black cat moved away then, leaving the bed to make it over to the fresh kill pile.
Firefur simply watched, then smiled before going to have some food herself. Though, she really did prefer to hunt food like a real warrior would, and so she wouldn't beg for food to any two-leg. Firepelt had an excuse for being a Medicine Cat, but she still didn't have to beg for food. Petripelt... it was an uncertainty where she even went and what she was doing. However, begging hadn't been necessary in the first place, for food was provided regardless.
Firepelt jumped on to a short table, and bit into a freshly cooked plain chicken, that in which was actually one of the foods reserved for the cats. The black cat purred, tasting the juicy flesh, grease mixed with some leftover blood flowed into her mouth, and some dripped from her chin.
Petripelt jumped onto the table and began to eat the chicken as well. Firefur was last to join in. The three cats happily ate as much as they could consume.
“What have you been doing all this time?” Firefur asked the other two, after filling up her belly with meat. Firepelt had been the first to answer. “Hunting even though I am no warrior, sleeping, exploring... Not much there is to do these days.” There was no need to lie about how her clan was doing. The other two already knew, as it certainly happened to them as well.
Firefur mewed in dismay, “So have I.”
“Must we speak of it?” Petripelt asked. “Can we not talk of it in such a manner as this. If we are here to enjoy ourselves, I say we do. Let's not think of the sad times, not now.”
“...Alright, Petripelt.” Firepelt purred, and brought her closer to her, then started cleaning her fur.
“....” Firefur watched, silently wondering if there was more to these two acting so familiar with each other, other than they both having been a part of HC for years passed. She then got up, stretched, and leaped down from the table. There was no need to be nosy, she went elsewhere to take a nap.
“It has been awhile, you know.” Meowed Firepelt, watching as Petripelt laid down, stretching. “You pretty much became a loner, didn't you? Yet, you stayed in Treeclan as though it were your home.”
“I stayed in Lavaclan for awhile as you know. Before it combined with Skyclan to make Smokeclan, I had already left. I guess I truly am too much of a migrater to belong to any clan. So then, why did I stay in Treeclan so often?”
“Only you could answer that question. Though, you know I was a loner once too.”
“You make it sound like it's genetic. Ah well, maybe I did get it from you.” She mused. “It must be wrong to be part loner, part clanner. Why did Moonclan allow that?”
Firepelt yawned, not knowing the answer. “Maybe Nightclaw understood why, and that you weren't bringing any harm. As said before, you didn't exactly make yourself well known.”
“Then I should thank her. Though, it wouldn't be as easy as is for you. I bet you're glad to be a medicine cat for that.” The small black cat stood and stretched with a yawn. “But what am I doing bringing that up... I'm going to explore this cave a bit, I'll see you later.” She watched Firepelt nod to her, then Petripelt jumped down from the table and walked off elsewhere.

No one could hear from the outside, but a flute was being played. Only after a couple minutes did the musical song end.
“Great job Louise.” Sheina applauded once the girl had finished playing her flute. “I think you'll do well in the actual performance.”
“Ah,” The girl took a quick breath after pulling her flute away from her face; resting it on her lap. “you really think so? I feel like I messed up just now. Guess that proves how long it has been.”
“Doesn't matter, you had fun didn't you? I think those precious to you in your last world would be proud of you.”
Louise blushed, and looked down at her flute. The shiny gold plating did not have any sign of old aging. It looked new, yet she had it for a long time in that world before jumping to a different story. It certainly wasn't often someone would remember a previous story they were in, but if not, there were usually ways to trigger it. For Louise, it was of course her own instrument.
The only problem was she felt the lack of practice, and the memory loss in general had altered her ability to play. She use to play well, was even told that. She had practiced so often back then. Now though, she felt her skill wasn't as good. That was why she should practice again.
“I'm thankful for the compliment. This makes me think those from my world would be proud. I just wish they were here to see it in full bloom.”
“Good that they aren't. They will miss you mess up even worse when you get stage fright.” Said Tahna as she adjusted her sitting position. She was actually teasing, and the other two knew that. It was strange, after all the previous happenings, but after earlier she thought she'd try. Tahna was trying to change back to the girl she was before all that loss, but she also wanted to act as though she was still the same as earlier.
Louise spit her tongue out. “I bet you I wont mess up. I'll get over this fright. After all, those faces are all familiar to me, so I feel my heart will be more ready.”
“Yet with so many? Keep telling yourself that.”
“Just watch, Tahna. Wait and see, you'll be amazed.”
“Trust me, I'm already amazed.” She giggled while Louise pouted. She wanted to say joke aside, she thought Louise truly did do well. However, she felt odd to even think about complimenting someone. It was probably because she had done nothing but be insulting to everyone she saw and met after what happened. At least she tried not meaning any harm anymore.
Sheina gave a teasingly glare to the red head before closing her eyes and stating, “If you truly think she'll do so poorly, why don't you go up with her?” She then winked after Tahna gave a questioning look. “That would make things even~.”
“You say even? What do you mean by that!?”
“Oho, nothing other than I know you couldn't perform like she can. What right have you to say she doesn't do well? You'd be no better, maybe even worse.”
“......A-and what about you!? Have you any right to criticize me when you yourself may not be so good?”
“Hm...” Sheina tapped her chin. “I don't know, but I'm willing to show you. You, meanwhile, can show us too. Or are you a chicken, Tahna~?”
“O-of course I'm not!” Tahna, who had been joking at first, seemed to forget Sheina was still joking. “I could perform, and I can prove you. I'd love to see you back up those words anyway.”
“I can, so how about you?” She smiled.
“Definitely.”
“You look nice in that outfit, by the way.” Louise changed the subject in a compliment with the point of her flute. Indeed, Tahna had a change of clothes, no longer did she look homeless in battered clothing. Sheina had thought to get a not too fancy, but not to plain green top as well as dark pants that went well with the outfit. She even gave the addition of new socks and shoes of which would match with the rest of her newer attire. Not too much was really done with her hair from before. It was clean and newly brushed, and it looked as though someone trimmed it, adding layers and ridding away dead ends.
To hide her embarrassment, Tahna looked away. “It's nothing special. ...Continue practicing that flute already.. brat.” She didn't forget the confrontation with Sheina, but since Sheina was no longer bringing it up, Tahna didn't either. It made her realize she had still been kidding all along, which added more embarrassment.
“Ah, hm... Sh-should I?”
“If you'd like. We could stay here and listen, maybe help, if you want still.”
“It's alright, it has been awhile since we've all been back in the main room. The others might be worried. You can go and I'll catch up after some more practice.”
“Are you sure, brat?”
“Yes, Tahna. Thank you though.” Louise wondered why she responded to Tahna calling her a brat. That gives Tahna the excuse to keep it going. Yet, for some reason, Louise didn't mind so much, otherwise she would have talked to her about it sooner.
“Good, we'll see you later then.” Sheina waved, then left the room. Tahna followed, but not before giving Louise a light hit on the shoulder as payback for the pie incident. She left the room after with a satisfied smirk.
With a smirk of her own, Louise watched as they closed the door. She then started to practice again. After a few minutes, she set the flute down on to her lap. She took a few deep breaths while thinking back to how the older world she was first in use to be. Her memories were a little fuzzy, but she was familiar to them still.
After a couple more relaxing breaths, she stood up and went out of the room. The hall was large and empty. She could hear faint sounds of the party going on a few doors down. Other than that, it was almost eerily quiet. She shrugged it off, and moved down the hallway. She didn't walk into the room where the party was, Louise walked past it until she got to one of the pillars at the very end. While looking up, she saw the portals that resembled stars in an ever so beautiful manner. Then, with a determined wish full of pure will and strength, she found herself entering one of those portals.

Louise opened her eyes to see herself in her new found friend's, Emile, place within a particular apartment. This is where she was last, in the very first world, before being frozen and jumping into a different story. “I really can't believe I'd forgotten this.” She mumbled as she scanned the frozen room.
She saw those new people she met at the restaurant, for when she tripped over Emile's case. Yes, if that hadn't happened, she probably would have passed right by them. These people, who like her, played instruments.
Emery, who played the guitar; acoustic and electric though preferably acoustic. Emile, even without sight, he could still play the piano and keyboard rather well. Roxianne, one who usually played the drums and base. Prosper, whom Louise wasn't exactly sure what he did. She recalled barely what he said when all were asked their instruments, and his seemed to be varied. Crystal, whom wrote and sang songs.
All those people were in the room, but the only one truly moving was Louise. Yet, even with her only moving, she looked about as though everyone else was there. Her vague memories were returning just a little more clearly. Almost as though it hadn't been long since their last interaction. In a way, that wasn't far off.
“Weren't we going to start a band?” She asked aloud, not that anyone could answer. “Weren't we going to become great friends and enjoy our time together performing music?” She looked over to Emery, and put a hand to his arm. There was no feeling as though he were alive, yet he wasn't dead either. ….Right?
Though when Louise thought about it, she felt as though there was an agreement that this story would have to die. And even though she didn't have long to get to know these people, the whole idea made her sad.
At some point, Louise left the apartment, trying hard not to cry. She wandered about the frozen world, everything looking like mannequins, feeling hard like stone and cold. Colors were more dull and sketchy, as though it were colored from colored pencils.
The world around her didn't help the feelings that were arising. Not that she was making it any better as she arrived at a particular house. She touched the door knob, and for an instant, the door unfroze. The color became more realistic to show the difference as well as that the door could now move, and she could go in. Once she let go, after going inside, it froze again.
Why was Louise able to unfreeze a door, when Tahna couldn't unfreeze the chocolate after she let go? The chocolate was not Tahna's, it had belonged to the girl Heloise. This door that was attached to the house, was Louise's home. Her and her mother lived there. Therefore she was permitted to unfreeze it, but only temporarily. As though by instinct, Louise had done that without showing any form of surprise. It was truly as though she already knew.
The girl walked into the living room, and saw her mother who stood, looking as though she were about to go to the kitchen. Tears welled up in her eyes, and finally, Louise allowed them to leave her eyes. “Mom...?” There was no use, so the girl simply hugged the older frozen woman.
“I miss you. I was going to join a band and make you proud. Sure, they were strangers, but that's how it is with every new friend you meet. And I... I finally remembered. For that, I apologize for leaving.” She let go of the hug and wiped her eyes.
“The world I entered after this one was lonely. I didn't really have anyone to turn to, so I did bad things. Just like this world though, that world froze over. ....If it weren't *Sniff * for Sheina and the others... I wouldn't have remembered. I would have continued being mischievous, even in the HC building. *Sniff *”
The way Louise put it, it was as though she committed worse crimes. No, they had all been pranks. She only meant to have fun, not actually terribly hurt anyone. That was why she always watched her own actions, so they wouldn't get too far.
"I mean, it's not as though I was never like that in this world too, ahaha..."
With a small sad hopeful smile Louise added. “Watch over me as I play one last song. This will be for you, my new friends, and this world.” She kissed her mother's hand, before leaving the building. She went back to the apartment where Emile and the others were. When she did, she would play her flute.

“Hey Natsuki,” Spoke Rayna as she approached her. “I heard about earlier. How are you feeling now? I mean I know you wont be completely better, seeing as none of us will be for awhile. Though, is this anniversary good enough for you?”
“Ah yes.” The albino girl smiled. “I am enjoying this fun with new friends. Thank you.. for everything so far.” She hugged Rayna, who hugged her back replying, “You're welcome, all of you.”
“Nya, Rayna.” Akane had returned, and hugged her from behind. “The cats are doing good. I think they'll be ready to come out soon, before twelve tonight, nya!”
“Ah, I am pleased to hear that. Thank you, Akane.” She pet her head, and Akane purred. “I was hoping the cats would be alright. I looked forward to bringing them, especially Firepelt. With this, all is looking bright.”
She had walked over gathering the group a little more closely. She collected Akio, Akane, Kastel, Relika, and Natsuki. “I think it'll be awhile before Louise is ready along with Sheina and Tahna. Once they come back though, we could maybe hold the final parts of the party then. Well, after Louise performs.”
“Are you sure they're all even alive? Shouldn't we go check?”
“I know Sheina well, Kastel. She's alive and so are the others. They'll be back, worry not.”
“Like now.” The six looked up to see Sheina come join them from the hallway, Tahna tagging along. “Probably a bit sooner than expected, but... well, not all of us are quite back. Louise wanted to get a bit more practice in before fully rejoining us.”
“Oh... Well good then.” Rayna nodded approvingly. “Nice outfit and hair, Tahna.”
“Yeah!” Natsuki agreed. “You look pretty.”
With a blush, Tahna averted her eyes for the moment, and hung her head just slightly. “R-really? It- it's no big deal, you know...” She saw the way Kastel looked at her and immediately realized: “Surprised I'm not lashing out? Heh, about that...” She cleared her throat, standing up straight and trying to find the words. It's not that she didn't want to, it was she was not use to it anymore, thereby proving difficult. “Uh.. wait. I mean-.. A-all of you.... I'm sorry! Kastel, mostly to Kastel because I insulted her the most of us hosts! Th-that doesn't mean I'm not sorry to the rest of you, alright?” She crossed her arms and looked away stubbornly. “I'll try to be better from now on, but... I understand if you hate me.”
The group of eight fell silent then. Sheina was notably smiling at her performance. A sort of mute praise, and a look that she was proud of her. The others were of course not expecting this, though Rayna seemed to be the least surprised of the bunch. She had smiled just like Sheina soon after the red head had spoken.
Tahna just waited awkwardly for someone to say something. Someone to yell or forgive, anything. Why so silent? Angry? She could understand, and she did want people to hate her before the pie incident, but even though she didn't want that anymore, it wouldn't be a surprise to her, should anyone hate her now.
“.......Thanks for the apology.” Finally, Kastel spoke up. She gave her a small smile. “I admit, I do kind of hate you, but if you're true to your words, I think we can become friends before this party's end.”
“True? Of course I'm being true!” Catching herself, Tahna placed a hand over her mouth, then put it back to her side and looked down with a blush. “I- I mean... yeah.”
Rather than getting annoyed, Kastel looked amused.
“I forgive you.” Said Natsuki with an honest smile, in which Akane nodded in agreement, mimicking that smile. “I understand you've gone through a lot. You've scared me before, but I'm not afraid of you anymore. We can be friends now if you'd like.”
“Of course, I understand as well.” Added Rayna, placing a hand on her hip and shifting her wait slightly to one leg. “I just figured Sheina would help you out. She had been wanting to this whole time, I know.”
“Yeah....” Started Akio, scratching the back of his head. “You're really not a cruel person, I can tell, underneath.”
“I do not hate you, nor am I mad at you. I am glad you have thought to change yourself with taking a different path in life.” Relika complimented her.
Once more, Tahna blushed. “Th-thanks for understanding everyone. Now, continue the staff meeting without me, alright? ….I need to- uh...” She pointed in the direction where the guests were busy having fun chatting, eating, and everything else. Mostly, she pointed toward Sepia. “apologize, you know, to them. Catch you later.” With that, she walked away all on her own to try making up with the others.
Though honestly, maybe it was best to only apologize to those she personally insulted. Tahna was too proud to really stand in front of a large group and announce her regrets. The rest she wouldn't apologize to would find out on their own.
The others waved, wishing her good luck. No one followed her, knowing she should approach them on her own. If anyone came with, they might think Tahna was only apologizing because that person was there making sure she would. So it would feel wrong to go with, though the same thing might happen regardless. Just have to hope for the best and wait to show she's serious.
“Yo Rayna,” Akio cleared his throat once he turned back to look at her. “I see that we are making sure the party wont bring fights or anything. However, is this all? Should we just let them talk, or....?”
“If you have something in mind that you think others would like to join in on, go for it. You may do whatever you wish, so long as it's not disturbing nor violent. Though, I'm sure our guests might have come up with something of their own, possibly. Still, feel free to get people in on a game or an activity.”
“I was thinking along the lines of memorable things from the previous world everyone was in. It'd be great for the theme of this party, and talking about missed things can help a hurt soul every now and then.”
Rayna smiled and clapped her hands together. “That's perfect Akio. And when it gets down to the final decisions, as we already discussed, everyone will visit their old worlds. That's if they want to. Or they could decide here. Either way, that will probably be the final stop for this anniversary. I do hope no one chooses to be frozen again, but we can't stop them if that's what they truly want.”
“Yeah... we'd just have to try and be understanding. After all, this is all pretty hard for everyone. But, enough of the glum, ...shall we start some games while waiting for Louise to get back?” Akio had asked, and Rayna nodded to him. Sheina and Akane had decided to join them. Relika and Natsuki went over to the table to get drinks. Kastel.... who knows? Perhaps she went to chat with people.

{Oh no! I cannot believe I missed this but, I need to make another change on the first page. Apparently, for Firepelt, I put Lavaclan merged with Smokeclan. I apologize, of course it was Skyclan that merged with it. At first it was called Crossclan after the merge, then it became Smokeclan. After all this time, I missed that little error I made, well it shall be fixed!}

While the four main hosts went to do that, Marisa had run up to Relika, nearly colliding with her. The blue hair dyed girl stared up at Relika with eager eyes. The latter looked at her in puzzlement, but was already guessing what she wanted. “Teach me magic, woman!”
Guess proven correct.
Marisa didn't give her time to respond, she quickly grabbed Relika's arm, causing her to spill newly prepared tea. Marisa failed to see the annoyance at that, as she stood by the witch near the table holding the food and drinks. “Come on, teach me or else!”
Raising an eyebrow for a second, the witch gave a disbelieving smirk. “My, or else~? I wonder what could be implied through that.”
“I'll-.. I'll chop your hair off in your sleep!” After announcing that, the witch and Marisa fell silent, one with a determined look and the other giving her an expression like she was being ridiculous.
“....Um...” Began Natsuki. “As much as I'd hate to have my hair chopped off, I don't think that's very worthy a threat.”
“I-i-it is worthy! Hair is precious after all.”
“.....However, I'm a witch.”
“So?”
“.......” Relika hung her head in disappointment. Apparently Marisa didn't realize Relika being a witch meant she could cast a spell to have her hair grow back. Therefore in the end it really wasn't a good enough threat. That and why threaten at all?
“Marisa,” Not too far away, Haku seemed to have overheard them and came over. “you shouldn't threaten our hosts, it's wrong.”
“Don't you mean...not threaten at all, child?” From what seemed out of nowhere, Tenma appeared, leaning against the table. Her real form had been revealed not too long ago, showing her blackened demon wings. Her skin was very pale, but yet still her crimson eyes stood out just a little more.
Tenshi had done the same. Everyone could see her pure white wings and white hair.
“And shouldn't you not be against the table like that?” Asked Haku with a distrusting gaze.
“Why not...? I've no weight, not physically like you...” She reminded him.
“Still, it's a little rude.” Almost like he was warning her, he sent a small gust of wind at her face. It wasn't necessarily harmful, but the temperature wasn't very pleasant. The demon gave him an expression that said 'look who's talking'.
“......Anyway, if you really want to threaten someone, you'd have to think of something they'd more likely listen to.” There was a small frown from Tenma as she no longer leaned against the table, instead approached the others. She gave a look of thought for a moment, raising a hand to her chin, while the other rested under her elbow, palm up. “This may be a bit overboard, but....”
Quickly, Tenma pinned down Haku by placing each claw of her wings on his two shoulders from the front, then grabbed him by the throat with a hand. She smiled ominously at him as he stood there in shock, then Tenma looked to where her sister was, still holding on to that smile. “Tenshi~, if you don't give me what I want, your little chosen child will be tortured right in front of you.”
The angel gasped, “Tenma, no!” She flew toward them both as quickly as possible. She was too late to avoid going right into Haku as Tenma let him go with a light push of him in Tenshi's direction. Haku shivered as he felt an intense chill and static electricity go through him, as Tenshi collided with him, both falling to the ground in the process, as though she had a physical body like him.
“That's a threat...” The demon shrugged while Marisa, Relika, and Natsuki clapped as though it were the end of a play. Obviously she had no intention of hurting Haku, those beside him and Tenshi knew that. She had only been giving a demonstration, nothing to worry about. Haku seemed to forget that, while Tenshi simply hadn't been listening in.
“Hmm... I could also threaten to use my own magic. I'm an amateur, so it'd prove worthy.” Marisa cleared her throat after a smile. “For example, you.” She pointed her index finger at Haku who seemed to be the example for everyone at the moment. He gave a displeased look to the magician after having been helped stand up by his guardian angel. While Marisa put her eyes back on Tenma to make sure she was watching, she mumbled something no one could hear nor understand. A pink light sparked from her finger and-
“Pfft-” “Pahahahahwaha!” “Heheheheheheh~...” “Nnhihihiheheheheh!”
The only ones who didn't laugh were Marisa and Tenma. In confusion as well as slight annoyance, Tenma thought she spotted something on her dress and looked down. She gasped. Rather than her previous more fitting of a dress, this one was a bright shiny cheerful pink. To hide it, Tenma quickly brought herself to her knees, and closed her wings and arms around herself while curling slightly into a ball.
“...O-oh, I'm so sorry...!” Marisa gave a panicked look. “I'll uh, I'll fix that!”
“No...!” Tenma almost begged as she looked back at her. She didn't want someone not good at magic try again on her. It may come out worse.
“She does have a point~.” Relika spoke after a bit of light laughter, taking out her wand and pointing it at the demon. “Best if I cast the spell, sincere apologies Marisa.” The blue dyed haired girl only shrugged. Then, Relika casted a spell, and Tenma's old outfit replaced the embarrassing pink dress.
With a small sigh of relief, Tenma stood back up, looking over her dress to make sure it was the one she had been in before Marisa's spell. Then, she looked at the blue haired magician and approached her.
Marisa gave a scared look and backed herself into Natsuki. “W-wait now. Think about this. I'm not completely potty trained either, just so you know.” She moved to hide behind Relika, only poking her head out afterwards.
Tenma simply kept coming, with no visible signs of emotion, until she was right in front of her, and pointed with her index finger at the little magician. “Never again....” She warned, and Marisa gulped before nodding.
After that, Tenma went back to Haku and Tenshi, bonking Haku on the head for laughing even still.

During and after the pink dress incident...
Rayna and the other three main had gotten a few guests playing a card game together. “That's being taken care of. Just wait until the last four biggest games that I almost forgot about.” Said Rayna, rubbing her hands together as though ridding away dirt.
The main games that had been planned before Akio's plan for most memorable, and after the visit to the frozen worlds. Rayna was lively with how well things were going, must have been awhile for her to have that kind of luck. However, it actually wasn't that, it was the fact plans with her friends had actually been working. “I'm excited. Are you excited? I'm excited...!”
She spoke that to no one in particular. In fact, Akio raised an eyebrow at her actions just then. However he couldn't mind. After all, he certainly agreed with her. “The cats will be able to join us too then. ...Hm..I wonder if they are bored. Akane, do cats get bored?”
“N-nya...” She mewed, not exactly sure why he should even ask. “Of course they get bored, everyone gets bored. Though, nyan, that's why we sleep so often.”
“...I thought you just like your beauty rest.”
“That too, but nyan, I'm also part human.”
“If they are bored, it wont be for too much longer, I hope.” Sheina added. “As the same for everyone here, even though most are talking while some we gave them mini games to play.”
“I think they'll enjoy it most certainly. I mean everyone.” Rayna put. “We did make sure the cats could be included after all as well of course. How can we honor our respect to Ravenfur if she and the other two specials cannot partake?”
“.....You have an odd way of speech sometimes.” Akio laughed, before getting a light nudge in the stomach. “Ouch. Why did I deserve that...?”
“Look, friends~” Kastel spoke when she walked over to the four. She gestured with her hand and wing, indicating to Tahna. The dark red haired girl was but a ways away from Kastel and the other four.
“I forgive you then! You're already doing well enough!” Vahnahda told Tahna. Sepia nodded and added, “I'm still mad at you, but everyone deserves a second chance. This party and any day isn't the kind where we should hold grudges. I think we can have a lot more fun now, right?”
“Right.” Tahna cleared her throat. “Well it's nice you'll give me another chance. I understand, as I said, that you're angry with me. I'll continue to watch my mouth, and thought process.” The other two laughed as did she. Yes, those three girls were laughing together, rather than it being some kind of fight and laughing in mockery.
“She's truly making progress, I'm proud of her.” Added Kastel. “I don't hate her now, you know. She was irritating earlier, almost hard to believe this is the same bad-tempered girl, but she is.”
“What a turn, nya.” Agreed the cat girl.
Looking over at Rayna, Kastel smiled. “Thank you. I've been seeing that this was well done -for everyone's sake- but I didn't think fully of it until now, so..”
“It's what we do: try helping those we can.” The brunette with a braid as her hairstyle, smiled back in appreciation for the thanks. “Also remember, you and the other three helped make this possible with us. For that, the four of us are filled with gratitude.”
Meanwhile, Tahna parted from the two. She walked up to Sheina and gave her a friendly punch, who returned the favor of simply hugging her. “I'm proud of you, Tahna.” The red head blushed then, still not use to such praise the brown haired girl gave, and soon released from the hug.
“As we all are~.”
Nearby, Relika and the others had started watching, once what occurred between them was settled and done with. It wasn't hard to eavesdrop when both groups had not been too far from the other.
“I can see your efforts, and they will not be in vain.” Tenshi said with a sweet smile. Near her, Haku nodded while Tenma gave Tahna a proud smile.
“So then it was worth you getting covered in pie!” Marisa commented, and while Tahna looked annoyed she had to agree with her by a small chuckle.
“Well, why don't we go check on Louise?” Tahna asked her new friend. Sheina nodded and waved to the others as she turned around. “Later.” Added Tahna as she turned around too to follow Sheina. She then felt a cold static feeling on her shoulder and as though someone were whispering in her ear, she heard a voice not of her own mind, 'I'm glad to see the path you'll walk will no longer be like mine. I praise you for this and encourage you to continue that better path, child. I'm sorry about earlier as well, by the way, with scaring you to the point of passing out...'
Looking at Tenma, the red head gave her a friendly forgiving smile, as well as a thanks. Tenma continued with a small smile until the two girls left the room.

{The next couple parts are going to be on Sheina, Tahna, Louise again. I know I shouldn't pay too much attention to one group of main characters so much like this, unless I have not and merely believe I have, but...this progresses the story a little. I couldn't think of what to write for those still in the room, not without it getting overly repetitive while the story itself is repetitive as is with the whole plan talk and all. Yet, none of that has started yet^^;; Therefore, this other one actually helps the story even though I may be unfairly giving a lot of depth to those three main characters, when I have the other six main too. However, I do think I gave some depth to the main nine characters together, I hope! So continue enjoying if you are^^ even with my slow posting schedule... And it's actually suppose to be ten main characters, Firepelt the tenth...I really should have thought to have her come in more and sooner.. We'll see, the climax of this story is soon to come.}
