“What world do you normally stay in?” Asked Tahna as she and Sheina walked down the enormous hallway. “The one you were originally from froze over too, didn't it?”
“Yeah...” There was a saddened longing look in her red eyes, but Sheina merely smiled afterward to hide it. “Rayna, Akio, Akane, and I chose a world to stay in together. We would often visit each other if the other was close by at the time, and we entered different stories from time to time. We pretty much lived our own separate lives for awhile though. We would meet then, for awhile there was lack of interaction, then we'd see one another again and it'd repeat, that cycle of ours. In the end, our friendship hasn't died since the day we met. That is why there is that one particular world, within one particular location, we are all in together. It is a nice area in that world, peaceful.”
“Sounds like good friendship. And I want to guess it wasn't in a noisy city then.”
“You could say it is located in the suburbs of one.”
“What did you normally do?”
“I typically watch over my house, make sure it's nice and all. I also take on a good paying job. Even with my distaste for money, unfortunately that world requires it too for anyone to live. I can't say it's so terrible though, normally would be. People there are nice, so life is quite beneficial.”
“Little crime?”
“Rarely.” She looked over at Tahna. “You might like it. It really is good. The fact we all could easily find a place to settle in and live the way we like is splendid.”
“I- uh, appreciate the offer.” The girl nodded, then put her hand on the door knob once they had arrived to their destination. “......I get the feeling she's not in there.”
“It's a sound proof room. We're not going to hear if she's practising.” Sheina explained. Tahna had only glanced back for a moment, before opening the door to reveal Louise truly wasn't present within the room. “....Oh, you were right. Think she headed back already?”
“No way. There's only two halls leading that way. The first one, unless she went to check on the cats, she shouldn't have taken. That leads to the rooms. This room isn't even connected to that hall, so only this main vast hallway could she have come down, there's no way we'd miss her if she were heading back to that room.”
“.......” For a moment, Sheina was speechless. Then, she smiled in astonishment, adding playfully yet seriously, “Good observation, detective.” She looked back toward the end of the hallway, casting a worried stare in its direction. She hoped she didn't.... Thoughts were dismissed when Sheina looked back at Tahna after hearing a click of the door closing. “If she's no where else, she may have entered the Galactic Portal Room. Which means, possibly she returned to her first story.”
“She seemed to be a little distant ever since she remembered.”
“That's to be expected, but....”
“Think she froze with it?” Tahna eyed the brown haired girl, who gave a look of worry. After putting her hands in her pockets, the prior sighed, “I agree. We could only wait. Let's hope for the better, be optimistic. Heheh, for once in my case.” She started walking to where the middle of the hall would be, not sure which pillar Louise would return from. Sheina merely followed in silence. Both girls sat down in a cushion couch.
With a hall that large, some sort of furniture to relax on was necessary. The walk was long and full for exercise. Still, one not use to it could really get tired. Easily.
Only a couple minutes passed before Sheina began playing with her fingers in worry. Tahna had begun to tap her foot impatiently, looking rather unpredictable if she'd blow up in someone's face or not. She saw Sheina's worries however, and softened her expression. Maybe it'd be better to start a conversation.
“......So.... Rayna's your best friend, right?”
For the moment, the latter looked confused, but soon realized what Tahna was attempting. “Yes, we are. Though, I consider all three of them close friends, but I guess I'm the closest to Rayna on the friendship scale. She's really cool, you know?”
“I have noticed..” Tahna placed a hand on Sheina's, stopping the girl from moving her fingers about, trying to comfort her anxiety. There was a small blush, but Tahna didn't pay attention to it. “I also noticed the eight of us are rather close and stick by each other. Can't expect a surprise though considering how long we've been interacting.”
“Nine. Let it be nine now.” Sheina took a calming breath.
There was a flicker of anger in Tahna's eyes and she withdrew her hand. She crossed her arms not long after, and sat back in the seat. “If that little brat killed herself, I'll-” She wouldn't be able to do anything. “ugh!”
Sheina's turn was to put a hand on Tahna's tensed up arm. “Easy Tahna. We're being optimistic, remember?”
“Says the one worrying more.” She snapped, closing her eyes in irritation. Yet, Sheina did not react horribly. It wasn't as though it wasn't true.
“You care for her well being too though right? I know you have a heart Tahna, don't try to deny it.”
The girl snorted. “Maybe, but it's still frozen. I believe I already made it clear it'll take awhile.”
“Yes, of course you did. If you don't mind, we could work together on that.”
There was a pause, a small short yet deep breath. “..........I do like how you've come to understand me the most of all others. I'm grateful to make friends, that I hope wont ruin anything like the last ones.”
“I wont do that to you, you know why. I don't think Louise or the others would either.” The girls both looked at each other then. They seemed to not notice how close their faces were getting to one another, both had begun to blush.
“Thanks for being there for me, and you know, spending the most time with me to understand and attempt to help me until today.” For the moment, Tahna averted her eyes stubbornly, then stared into Sheina's. Sheina only smiled and nodded, before the two started leaning closer-

Both girls jumped back and twisted their necks quickly to see a flute had come in the middle of them both. Louise, who leaned forward just to do that, stood up straight laughing. “Sorry~, I couldn't resist, really! Ahahahahahaha, I don't think the audience wants too much of these scenes anyway! However, sorry to interrupt, like I said, couldn't resist!”
Tahna cracked her knuckles and stood up angrily, making the smaller girl shiver and back up. “You obnoxious little brat!”
“No!” Sheina stood in between them. “Tahna, temper. Keep it in check.”
“Tch, says you.”
There was a quick angered expression before Sheina looked back to Louise and hugged her. “We were worried about you! We saw you were gone and thought you might have chosen to be frozen!”
“Worried....? Frozen? O-oh, I'm sorry to have made such a terrible impact.”
“Too late.” Tahna crossed her arms. “Brat.”
Louise spat her tongue out. “At least Sheina protects me from grumpy old Tahna.” She ducked behind Sheina when Tahna rose a grudging fist.
“Tahna.” The light brown haired girl smiled with a wink, having calmed her own temper before continuing to speak with the red head. “Remember there are the group games we'll all be playing later ♥”
“.....Oh, heheh...heheheheh- that's true...” Tahna looked thoughtful, then plopped herself on the couch, smiling as she thought of possibilities with revenge.
“........” Louise looked worried. Then, she voiced out to Sheina, grabbing her attention. “I'm sorry. I had- no, I wanted to visit the first world I was born in. I played the flute there even, as a remembrance, and wishing for them to rest in peace. I admit, I did get the thoughts of being refrozen to join them. In the end, I've returned here.”
“I'm glad you came back. …....How was it?”
“Very nostalgic. Lonely, empty, dead. Only the lone play of the flute created echoes, the only musical noise was that, and the only one moving was me. It really depressed me, to see not only friends and families, but strangers and all else frozen as well. It was almost like walking in a realistic theatrical play that had the theme of a story book.”
“Mhm.” The ruby eyed girl cleared her throat. “That's how it unfortunately goes. I'm sorry, Louise...”
Louise nodded sadly and looked at her flute. “I'm glad enough to have gone there and gave my last wishes. Though, I'm sure you guys had already been planning that, I just went earlier.”
“The decision was yours.” Sheina bowed as though in front of royalty. “Well then, shall we head back?” She looked at Louise who nodded, then Tahna who only stared back at her for a moment, before getting up to join them. Then, Sheina led the way back to the room.

Walking back in the room, after having poked her head out into the main hallway, Akane came over to Rayna. She whispered to her, and the brunette nodded. She clapped her hands loudly, “Everyone. All in this room, please listen.”
Not long until attention was brought to her. “Our performer is ready, and returning. When Louise enters, please give her your full attention: silently listen while she plays music. It will mark the start of our official events that will lead to wrapping up this party. Our extra special guests will be joining us not long after Louise plays too.”
Akane gave Rayna a salute before heading out into a different smaller hallway. The cats were already being notified by Mint that they could get ready and leave their room. Akane had gone to open the door of their room for them.
In that very room, Petripelt's ears stood and she opened her eyes to see the door. Mint had sat by the door, purring, then approached the now awake cat. “So it is time. Brilliant, now's no time for naps.” She stretched. “Much appreciated thanks, Mint.”
Mint bowed his head, and jumped on the bed. He waited for Akane to come open the door for them. All the while, Petripelt pawed Firepelt. “Awaken now.” She purred and rubbed her cheek on Firepelt's side. She could see the black cat was dreaming of her friends being back by her side. Her breathing was that of a longing loneliness overcome with sadness. Her eyes may be closed, but it was by far easy to tell they remembered seeing what was lost.
Not too much time passed until the medicine cat sleepily opened those eyelids that revealed pretty emerald orbs. “....Petripelt. I assume to know what this means. I sincerely thank Moonclan for this gift.” She then jumped on the bed and waited with Mint.
They needn't awaken or alert Firefur in any way...she was already eyeing the door.
Finally, Akane came and opened the door. “Right this way.” She spoke to them in cat tongue, smiling generously. When all cats left the room, she closed the door. Mint and Akane led the way back...
..
When Louise and her friends arrived, everyone was seated at the main table, looking well organized and expecting. For a second, the three girls questioned it before being notified it was the other hosts doing, in knowing Louise would be returning to perform.
The rest of the hosts backed up against walls, giving the wavy black haired girl some space.
“Thank you for allowing me to perform. Now I shall, in respect for everyone here. In respect for our worlds, and in respect for the cats of the clans along with the clans themselves. This is my gratitude, please listen...”
With a deep breath, and noting all were welcoming her performance, Louise smiled back. One bow to them like a director beginning his band would begin. She stood straight and lifted the flute close to her mouth.
Then....
she played.

When finished, the crowd before her clapped their applause, and Louise smiled as she bowed her thanks to them. That little stage fright present earlier had disappeared only about a minute in her world of music. The feeling of accomplishment was strong in her now, a proud look. “Thank you, everyone.” She mumbled, then raised her voice while waving her hand high into the air. “Thank you everyone!”
The hosts came up to hug Louise, praising and acknowledging her performance ever so positively. She laughed along with them, showing how close she was to the eight hosts as they were to her. Yet, it had been only so short a time spent together. Perhaps that's just how it felt though.
“Wonderful performance.” A meow sounded from the hallway, yet somehow everyone knew what it meant. Firepelt walked in after Mint, but before Petripelt and Firefur. “Louise, right? We had been listening, but just arrived too.”
“I'm glad you found it to your liking.”
“Certainly. Surely you've had quite a lot of practice? It looks not easy to learn in a day.”
“That's right, I've practiced for a long time. Long in my opinion. I'm quite satisfied how it paid off. It's definitely not easy to learn in a day, hardly, if any, instruments are. *Giggle*”
“I never heard this kind of thing back in the clans.” Petripelt purred. “A yellow twig making pretty noise. It must be rare.”
Louise giggled and knelt down, showing the flute. “It's not a twig. It's metal with a shiny gold plating.” It wasn't the cat's fault for not knowing what it was. It was something everyone understood, remember they are cats. She was born a wild cat anyway, for her to not be hostile in general was what may as well be a blessing. Though, everyone knew why that was anyway.
Firefur snorted in disgust after pawing at it. “Made of the same thing those monsters two-legs ride in. This one though... it does have a nice noise to it, and it doesn't smell bad like those monsters.”
“I assure you, it's harmless.”
Firefur stared at the two-leg, then slowly blinked in some trust. Upon seeing that, Firepelt had a relieved look before looking over to Mint. “Thank you for watching over us.” He purred to her in welcome.
“Ravenfur. Petripelt. Firefur.” Rayna walked up to them, knelt down and held out her hand. “Welcome. Welcome to the Community Building of Hidden Clans. The place that connects all of our worlds.”
“Welcome to the anniversary, cats of the clans.” Akio added.
No one brought up how they could understand the cats, nor how the cats understood them. It was simply a guess, that in which may very well be true...a spell was cast on the room that any language is universal upon entering it. That is, at least until the party ended.
So everyone heard the cats meows and purrs, but they understood what they were saying, what they meant. Whereas everyone to the cats were making odd noises they could not understand, yet while the spell existed, they too knew what was being said.
Mind you, that does not mean everyone is meowing to the cats, nor does it mean the cats are hearing meows come from any non cat. Same as vice versa, the cats were not suddenly speaking non cat tongue to those that were not of their species. It was more like a trigger in the brain that translated what was being said, but no language literally became universal or one language in other words.
The three cats bowed their heads down to the hosts and the guests. They were showing their respect and gratitude back. They trusted everyone in that room. They knew to be respected there, not threatened in the least. Thus, they returned the favor.
“Then all are here.” The older black she-cat looked up with her eyes full of hope.
“All Twenty-three!” Natsuki exclaimed in excitement, jumping up and down a little. However, when she heard Mint cry out, she looked at the floor, shyly playing with her index fingers. “Twenty-four...” She eyed Mint apologetically for not counting him, and he stuck his little nose up in pride.

“Ahahaha, so we can continue,” Rayna looked back to the clan cats. “with some games, then our finales.”
“Please do so.” The medicine cat purred.
“.....Fine, but don't mind me, wont be able to participate.” Meowed Firefur moodily. She licked her paw and brushed it behind her ear. Perhaps seeing her so disinterested was discouraging. In fact, it was not perhaps, but was in fact. Therefore, it was time to persuade the kitty.
Firefur looked over elsewhere, looking grumpy. As if to ruin this atmosphere she did not stop with her mood. That wasn't something anyone wanted....
The cat's slit eyes became round then, when she noticed a feather on a string hung before her.
“Sure nothing can change your mind~?” Kastel asked with a smile, as she moved the string around. “We made sure everyone would be able to partake. Don't you agree?”
“...Wh-what is this....?”
“Heheheheheheh...it will get away though. Better think fast, or this prey you will never catch.” She bounced the string up and down, side to side, then moved it elsewhere when Firefur pounced to try grabbing it in her claws.
“No, it escaped!” Firefur yowled. “Was that Catmint I smelled?!”
“Oho, yes. We non-kitties call it catnip, something that most cats find hard to resist. Tempted yet, little kitty~?” Kastel teased her with the toy, moving it around the floor like a real small bird would move.
The two clan cats watched as the orange cat continued pursuing the string. Petripelt leaned over to Firepelt asking, “Are we sure she doesn't have some blood connection to kittypets?”
Firepelt looked like she didn't believe it, but Firefur had ended up rolling on her back from one side to the other, purring when she got the toy. “.......We'll have to say she does.”
Once she realized what she was doing, Firefur stood back up and walked to sit behind the other two clan cats, hiding herself in embarrassment. “Alright, let's continue this gathering already...” She growled, trying to get attention off her.
Rayna laughed. “Sure thing. Everyone.” She looked upon the crowd. “Akio, Akane, Sheina, and I did some smaller games with you earlier, such as Uno or other card and board games. Now we will move on to four bigger games that involve larger groups and basically everyone present here. After these four games, we decided for a theme of this party, most memorable from your stories. Afterwards, you may choose to revisit those worlds, see what you'd like to do for your future.”
Sheina took out a sheet of paper from her pocket. At first, it was folded up in a square, but she unwrapped it. Trying to flatted it and lessen the wrinkles and creases a bit, she would soon enough look back at everyone. “Our first game has already been planned out. We did a random sort for it as well as for the last game.” She smiled to them. “Don't worry, it'll be fun. With the randomizer, you all will be able to interact more with someone you don't know so well~”
While she and Rayna explained that, Akio approached Tenshi and asked to speak with her privately. He also needed her sister in on it, so he went to get her and talk to them both. A few minutes passed, and when Sheina was finishing up with reading off what the first game was and the teams organized for it, Akane looked over at Akio. The spirits began to leave, heading back to their seats, and Akio gave Akane the thumbs up. She nodded with a smile, and whispered to Rayna, who looked relieved and all the more excited.
“Alright, if everyone is ready, we can get in our groups.” Rayna indeed looked so excited. It was a wonder if she happened to be the most excited of everyone. Not that none else were eager and anxious for all to begin.

“Hold it.” Raiden tapped his hand on the table. “Why am I not in Kana or Natsuki's group? I understand you want me to get to know others, but I think those two or one of them should be on my team.”
"Why them specifically?" Marisa asked. "Are you really only comfortable with those like you?"
"Did you not hear me? I said I am willing to get to know others, but those two need to be by me."
"...Talk about self centered."
"What was that...?!" Raiden's eyes glowed slightly as he eyed Marisa who looked intimidated now.
“Dear Elemental~” Relika shook her head at him with a displeased smile. “First all, it's my team. And second, you cannot question the randomizer.”
Sepia crossed her arms, looking distrusting to Raiden. “Did I really have to be with the speciesist?”
"Yeah," Marisa agreed. "He's scary."
Tahna looked irritated as she put a hand to her temple, rubbing it. “Get to know those you don't, if you just so happen to not have heard before.”
“If such is the case...” Tenma began, not looking pleased either. “then why is Tenshi on the same team as me...?”
Akane added from Tahna, “It's also to get those who don't get along to work as a tea- nya!” She hid behind Akio when Tenma stared blankly at her, which scared Akane.
"I, uh, can't say I'm too comfortable about it either.." Tenshi looked down with an awkward smile.
“It's how it went.” Akio said. “Sorry, can't question the randomizer.”
“And why am I with the obnoxious people?” Rhenyph asked. “The only ones who seem a little more normal are Sheina and Kana.”
“Well excuse me for being me!” Vahnahda shouted with a wide grin.
“Yeah, I'm sorry I'm trying to not be so mischievous like earlier.” Louise said, a bitter smile on her face. “Wish I wasn't on your team either pal, but I do not question the randomizer.”
Haku whined. “But I don't want to be separated from my guardian! Why couldn't I be on the same team as her?”
Sheina sighed after crossing her arms, while Rayna placed her own hands to her hips. ““Stop questioning the randomizer!””
“Sheesh, you all are babies.” Tahna rubbed her temple in agreement with the other hosts. “If you're missing the theme or whatever it is here, duh, that's what you're here for. Bu~t if you can't handle the ways we hosts run things such as the games, then leave. After all the work we put in, hearing you whine over something just for it not going your way, we're having none of that. There's a reason to everything, apparently that hasn't been said enough. Shut up, get over yourselves, and get with the theme. If not, goodbye. Door is right there.”
The room was silent. None complained, none were leaving. For that, Tahna gave a bit of a snicker, in which could be her way of showing pride to herself. She sure showed them, is probably a way to express a thought of hers at the current scene.
It started that some now looked apologetic. Give it a shot, why had they complained when that was what could be done...just a little chance.
Waiting just a bit longer, Akio broke the silence hereafter. “Right, so we can begin everyone. Remember, let's make this memorable. Come on. Cheer my friends, cheer!”
The nine hosts indeed cheered, raising arms up with hands in fists, wide excited grins on their faces. The rest of the group, they all looked at one another, before raising their arms, curling hands to fists as well, and cheering along. The cats merely howled meows as they joined in too raising their whole bodies as they stood on their hind legs. They looked very much like large meerkats while they did that, even though their standing up lasted a mere five to ten seconds; before going back on all fours still cheering along with the non-cats.
This was going to be the start for the first of the four games.

For them to actually start it wouldn't take too long. There were four main games. Each were set on a different kind of difficulty level that mattered most with everyones skills. It was not meant to be uber hard of course, especially if just simply the players play by the rules.
Currently everyone was gathered up eagerly for the first game. They'd separate into their respective teams. The guides were the cats, who simply escorted the group. The leaders were the ones to explain in detail the game and whatever lay ahead for them. They would also encourage their teammates and help the cats themselves through the challenges soon to be faced.
"Here's the map." Rayna took out a rolled up piece of paper, and opened it to show everyone. It contained details of where to go, and the kind of obstacles to be faced. It wasn't needed, but considering what the game was, it felt right just to have. This was a treasure hunt. The 'x' in a particular room was where the treasure chest was held. "Four obstacles await us. Two on the way, and two back. It changes once we hit the halfway there button."
A button to be pressed in the room the treasure was in. Important for the game. No riddle or anything, just press it. And at least everyone would get their treasure in the end. It was a matter of who first. Surely this would get some adrenaline going. Excitement~!
Just as the other leaders were, Rayna continued explaining the game just a bit more. There wasn't much else to know though. Therefore, it was fairly quick. With that, she took her group out into the hallway. Everyone would meet back where they started once the treasure hunt was completed.
By then, the group had been quieted since earlier. They chose to, now more excited than before. All prepared themselves as they silently listened to their leaders, then some team members talking amongst each other. Not too many were all that chatty.
There was a gasp heard as Sheina looked over to see Rayna's group leaving. She then eyed her team. "Hey you! Less talking, more walking." She turned around and saluted for no apparent reason, before placing both hands behind her back, and marching out. "March! March everyone, march!"
Looking over his group, Akio smiled. "Let's do this friends. Out we go!" He followed Sheina's group, and Relika's group followed behind as well. By then, they walked down the vast hallway until they reached four particular doors. One for each team. Same type of hallway; same obstacles.
The hallway itself had a glass ceiling that was an oval shape and spread through the whole of the hall. What showed out the glass were the stars of the Galactic Portal Room. It was a rather pretty sight, for those who liked imitations of a clear night sky.
Yes, there'd be no point in times if it was all just one room. It was this way to avoid conflict and some who may feel overwhelmed by the amount of players. While everyone would interact in bigger groups later, this just wasn't the game for it. And indeed, each hallway led to a separate room. Each had a treasure chest of course, but it was hidden. It was a must find in the room, then proceed back from where they came, after hitting the button.

"I like this hallway." Miya commented. "It feels so roomy. The ceiling so high, must be up some miles."
"It is nice," Tenshi agreed. "Larger than most normal halls, though smaller than that main one we just came from."
"Aaah, if it wasn't for the obstacles here, I could run through...I could in the main hall actually. And I wouldn't have to be in this form, would I?"
"I do think you could in the next game, surely. Though I assume you were meaning run just for fun."
"Yes. I've yet to and seeing such vast spaces, I get the urge. Almost as much as howling at the full moon. ......I miss that."
"You will get your chance again, so long as you allow it."
"....I...will."
While Miya and Tenshi exchanged a few more words, everyone continued down the hallway. After some distance was covered, Akio's group would stop at a specific spot. Firefur was the first to halt, and she growled. Feels wrong up ahead. With no word to the growling, Akio simply stood behind the orange tabby.
Unfortunate. This must be where it all begins. Miya let out a small agreeing bark.
I don't see anything...
Yet it is there.
Ridiculous. Why go against what cannot be seen?
All the more reason to find a thrill in it, dear cat.
Huh...what is it this one may be then... It wasn't a question. It was suspicion.
No matter what this oddity is, we will get through.
I'll bet, or this wouldn't be a challenge.
Kastel, Tenshi, and Tenma glanced to one another in puzzlement. They didn't understand what the wolf and cat were communicating. Akio of course couldn't either, but he smiled in knowing why they stopped walking generally.
The wolf-shifter looked over to the others and spoke in their tongue, "Our first obstacle. I wonder if we simply proceed or have to figure it out through a puzzle." She certainly hoped their leader was accepting of the explanation. May have not been a question, but it may be treated like one.
And he was. "Surely I will answer if you cannot guess. It's rather straightforward though. You'll know once you take a few more steps forward." He looked at each of them in question. "Anyone willing to try first?"
He waited, and saw the two spirits start to move. They paused once as the scenery around them changed, but kept going after that. They then stayed in a specific spot where the illusion experienced ended, though notably away from one another. Akio snorted in amusement as they now waited for their teammates while looking rather proud of themselves. A little too easy though. "Of course. Anyone else?"
"No switches nor any kind of stepping pad for deactivation." Kastel explained, looking around. She needed to act her part as teammate. Knowing the obstacles was the leader's job, who would not only have the map, but certainly prepared these obstacles in advance. The other members needed their chance to figure it out.
Watching her silently during that moment, Miya blinked and looked over to where the invisible obstacle was. She knew it'd be visible when she stepped in, and so she walked right there; picking the cat up by the underarms, then holding her against her chest. Immediately, she stumbled and tried keeping her own balance.
"Be careful, Miya." Akio began. "It can be difficult for first timers who are not spirits." He stared at Tenshi and Tenma teasingly, almost as though claiming they cheated. Tenshi looked down with a smile of embarrassment. Tenma voiced a short laugh, while easing up a small shrug.
They continued to watch Miya then. If she was too overwhelmed, Akio would help her. Her eyes were darting around in confusion, but Fire lightly bit her arm to try helping her get a hold of herself. Miya looked down at her before she ran through. Moving past the spirits, she fell to the floor not long after as the cat jumped out of her arms, holding her head as she needed to bring herself back to reality. She felt quite dizzy.
...Huh. I don't think either of us want to experience that again. Firefur purred around Miya in comfort, feeling a little overwhelmed herself.
Akio and Kastel nodded. It was toward the fact the others got through alright.
It was Akio who spoke, "Great work. All it is is an illusionary hallway. You see now, it can get overwhelming, but only if you let it. Heh, and yes, it can be hard to not feel that." He then ran through, losing his balance too, but keeping it as together as possible. Kastel followed by flight, and so it wasn't as overwhelming for her. Both made it through to the others and continued on to the next obstacle ahead.
Team three on the first obstacle successful!

Later on to the second obstacle, an invisible wall, Relika would wait for her team to figure out a way past it. It was made to be frail so that passing through it was not too difficult. Only if it was changed in some way to let others through would it stay that way for exactly eleven seconds.
Marisa stepped forward, claiming she could find a way. The girl extended her arms outward and chanted out loud of what sounded like Latin. Her palms faced the invisible structure and a white light emitted from her palms toward it.
She looked at everyone with a proud grin, then a gaped frown as they suddenly all got covered in snow. Akane was the only one who didn't shiver and look tormented by the sudden cold. Still, Marisa was panicking. "Oh....Oh! So sorry! Uh-!" She tried casting a different spell before anyone could react further.
That resulted in Sepia being blasted high up to nearly crashing into the oval glass ceiling, which continued showing the glimmering stars of the Galactic Portal Room, but Relika subdued the impact by engulfing the girl's back with soft pillows. Then, as she fell, the witch made sure she'd land softly on her stomach once she was able to get her next spell to reach Sepia before her fall to the ground. Relika then had the snow disappear with her own magic.
"Oh, oh no! I'm so sorry Sep!"
The others went to see if she was alright and Raiden helped her stand. She looked freaked out and shaky, but was fine other than that. Not only that, but she appeared not to be blaming Marisa for the misfortune. Not having time to focus on Raiden's sudden generousity, but still glad he helped Sepia, Relika walked over to Marisa. She seemed to be trying another spell, even as the witch now stood by. "No need for more Marisa, I-"
"No way! I can do this one, I'm sure! Just watch, it'll be super successful!" Before any further stopping the girl could be done, a jetpack was strapped to her back, having appeared out of nowhere. It sent a mixture of fire and smoke from its bottom. In just seconds, it sent the blue dyed haired girl flying everywhere while screaming.
When the object on her back carried the girl toward the wall, Marisa grabbed Relika to hold her tightly in fear. Before that moment, Relika casted a spell to have the jetpack vanish and it did once the two crashed through the wall and slid to a stop on the floor.
Both sighed in relief once the action stopped and lay vulnerable on the floor. Mint meowed with worry towards the two, and jumped through the broken wall. While he ran toward them, the witch took a deep breath before smiling in concern and reassurance to the magician. "Are you alright? I certainly like your determination, but I do ask you tone it down. Surely you will be able to practice some other time, and I can help if you need~."
"Yes." Marisa panted, answering she was alright as well as agreeing to what else the white haired girl said. She felt herself calming down as she continued, "For everyone's safety. Ours included." She got off Relika and offered a hand to help her up. The witch took it, stood, and was then hugged by a tearful Marisa.
Meanwhile, the kitten headbutted the blue haired girl for endangering everyone. It wasn't a harsh hard one, but the familiar was letting her know what's up. The girl gave a guilty look after breaking the hug apart, and Relika changed the subject. "Now then, shall we continue~?"
"Rather than breaking it, I wonder..." Sepia, who recovered from earlier, was now looking up toward the ceiling. With whatever she was thinking, Relika silently gave approval. And in just a single nod, the experiment jumped forward, looking as though she were gliding upwards at an incredible speed. Upon reaching the ceiling, she would simply place both feet on the invisible wall, one hand holding onto the top edge of the wall.
"While the crack for air is not big enough for you to fit in, I enjoyed your little performance to check and see. For that, I'll make the exception~." Said the witch, using her wand to lower the wall's height enough to let a person through. Sepia felt it lower and moved through the gap with a smile of thanks. "You may pass through as well, Raiden~. Quickly before the eleven seconds are up, or it will close."
They couldn't take too much time on one obstacle after all. That was for the sake of competition. Though, it was also for earlier of what happened after Marisa's spells. And so, with no visible expression, the Elemental spread his wings and flew through the opening of the wall. Then, they would continue down to the door that held the treasure each group sought out for.
Team four on the second obstacle successful!

It went fine for the first team to get through the first two obstacles. They slowed down only when reaching a door to a room. Once they opened that very door, all members of that team filed in.
Firepelt wandered about as they did, but she was first to find what they needed. She meowed for everyone to look over where she was. With satisfied gazes looking over one another, Rayna grabbed it.
After getting the treasure chest, the first team had clicked the halfway there button. This notified the other teams, whom also notified back they are halfway as well. Not only that though, but the obstacles were changed to something different than the last two...
As they walked, Firepelt stopped as she felt like something was moving beneath them. If it were prey, she would be able to pick up a scent of sorts or a certain kind of pattern. Certainly wasn't anything natural though. It all felt mechanical. She stared up at Rayna then who gave a reassuring look. The brunette would turn to the others. "Our obstacles have shifted."
Haku decided he wanted to go first, so he walked forward, and kept going before something popped out from the ground. He nearly bumped into it, giving a startled look. Quickly, he would then use his wind based powers against it, but it did not move it.
His teammates either laughed or tried hard to refrain from doing so. Haku frowned and heightened his powers to be more intense and so blew the object away. They clapped, and he took it as though they were mocking him so he frowned in return. Of course, they were only playing and he knew that.
He simply walked forward ignoring them, but another one popped up again and he bumped into it. Haku lost his balance and fell on his butt. They laughed, he frowned again.
"I'd like to see you try."
"So a kind of battle your way through." Tahna pointed out, cracking her knuckles with a not caring frown. She cracked her neck one way, then the other on each side, continuing her words, "Mannequins, this shouldn't be so hard." She ran straight in, and punched whatever came out of the ground in front of her or close to the side. Tahna did not hold back, nor did she slow down.
Natsuki followed, setting fire to some when they popped out and frightened her. She hurried along in her meek-like manner. The Umeiain was glad they were not real, she couldn't possibly bring real harm to anyone. Natsuki almost did a few times, not just to Akane, but it was all only when she were too frightened.
Not that any real harm was meant to come to anyone in the first place. Yet as much as she knew that, she still got startled ever so easily. Back where Rayna was watching, she wondered if she should've had Natsuki stay by her or someone else. She wasn't this much startled during the previous obstacles, but maybe that was due to things not having popped out from the ground.
Haku continued to blow them away with a fierce gust of wind. He followed after Natsuki, worried with how she was so...frightened of everything. He watched as one popped right in front of her, and instead of attacking or avoiding it, she squealed in fright while nearly tripping backwards. Haku ran up to her, and Arsen asked when he looked over, "Mm, you alright?"
The girl nodded swiftly, before running further in, just trying to find her way out. Haku exchanged a concerned look with Arsen. "Mm, fragile girl."
Haku looked away. "Yeah...wonder what happened. There's got to be something in her history that caused Natsuki to be so... you know?"
"Yet she was alright with playing in the games?"
"Can't say no when she's all been but participating. Maybe the later games wont be so...scary(?) for her."
Arsen nodded, then gestured that they continue the challenge. Haku couldn't agree more, and so continued onward. Natsuki would not survive in his world, was one thing he felt he knew right off the bat.
Arsen used his staff to wack those mannequins that dared cross his path. He hit them to the side a few times. Other times, he jumped on the head of one and hopped from head to head, using his long tail to perfectly balance himself.
Rayna held Firepelt in one of her arms, treasure chest box carried by the other, while she simply dodged and moved around the mannequins. No trouble for her, yet even as she expected them to come, she still jumped startled to a few. She met everyone at the way end. "Good then. On to the next and final obstacle."
She saw Natsuki looked the most warn down and Rayna put a hand on her shoulder. "Just remember, none of this is real. You'll be alright, I want you to enjoy this as much as everyone else, rather than be so scared. Alright?" She watched the white haired girl nod slowly, and wiped some nervous sweat from her forehead. Rayna gave a reassuring smile, before walking with her team to the next obstacle.
Team one on the third obstacle successful!

The small cat Petripelt stepped on a tile that in which beeped until she took her paw off. A small tile wave moved toward her, however never did it reach her since she wasn't on the different terrain spread out before her. She could see the tiles in front of her and the group were differently arranged. She had tested it, then meowed in confirmation to Sheina.
It works certainly. Neat little trick.
"A good looking challenge." Kana said, smiling to Petripelt, though she couldn't have understood her. No one in this team could. It was unfortunate, but the cat did not mind it. Non-cats could tell at least a little what a cat was trying to communicate.
"Looks nice just here!" Vahnahda exclaimed. "The wave and in general the tiles themselves. Just wait until we get on; you know I'll figure something out. Hahahaha..."
"This is our final obstacle. We guess what the pattern is. If not, that wave you saw pushes you back to the start. Who wants first?" Sheina began and looked around. No one moved. It was as though they were waiting. With that, Sheina made a mental shrug, but smiled for real.
"You can do anything remember; there's no cheating in this. Except, Kana, no flying straight through. I'd like you to experience the challenge and try it. I don't think you would just fly past it in disregard, but thought I'd point it out anyway just in case." Sheina explained, pushing her own arm out to the challenge waiting.
"No need to worry." The Elemental stated politely. "I like playing this, so I see no reason to try and avoid."
"Looks fun, does it not?" Spoke Rhenyph, and he added sarcastically, "Who'd not want to miss that?"
"Actually, it does look fun. Given another reason I choose not to simply fly across." Kana told him, trying hard to hide sudden annoyance, but some still managed to slip into her words. She looked away in sudden guilt.
".....I'm not offended." The male added, looking rather indifferent to prove a point. Yet it seemed that was just more annoying than relieving. The Elemental made no move nor sound to respond.
The others stared at the two for a moment before Vahnahda smiled saying, "You two. It's just like the previous obstacles."
"Right, right. It's not even that hard, none of them are. ....I hope, eheheh~." Sheina rubbed the back of her neck with an innocent grin.
Hard? No. Interesting tricks two-legs make? Yes. Petripelt meowed. Now why don't we get to that actual task we are to do~?
"Not at all. So we shall continue. I will politely await wait my turn."
"I have an idea then!" Vahnahda would shout. "I'll start," She drew in a deep breath, and let out a high pitched vocal noise. "Lala..LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" No warning was given, considering she was well known for being mannerless in her own world, and everyone could tell here by now.
So everyone had to cover their ears as soon as possible. The tiles, the correct ones, glowed. Vahnahda stopped her voice and hopped onto each tile. The glowing stopped not long after she touched them with her feet.
"Ugh...nicely done..painful, but it worked nonetheless..." Kana said, still covering her ears.
Louise decided she would do the same and took out her flute. SHRIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!! She used it to make a loud shriek and continued doing so until she made it past all the tiles in a different pattern set for her than for Vahnahda's. The others looked hurt by the noise they just experienced, but Sheina had to shrug. She didn't expect that, but she didn't say anything against it, so....
Rhenyph nearly choked on his saliva. "Would have appreciated a warning from each of you." The two girls simply smiled innocently at him. At least it got them somewhere, ohoho~.
Rhenyph sighed and looked at Kana. "Shall we travel through more peacefully?" He held out his hand and she accepted. Spreading her wings, Kana slowly flew up, holding both the man's arms. She lightly allowed them both on a tile. They pretty much slow danced their way through, Kana keeping herself light on her feet as she spread her wings wide enough. If he made a mistake, she would lift him higher so that he would not be taken by the current, before setting him back down where he directed. Then, she would join him again in the dance.
The cat had decided to try crossing the tiles. She went onto random ones and pounced on those she thought would glow. It was cute to watch, as she was pretty much a kitten in the first place and so it looked like she was simply playing, however they were running on a schedule. Petripelt knew that, therefore paced herself until she made it to the other four, all in less than a minute.
The brunette danced with a graceful elegance as she made it through her own pattern. She met with her team on the otherside. "Good job everyone. What a splendid performance." She would praise them. They proceeded out afterwards. Last to go was the large room the teams agreed to all meet in. The same one used since the start of the party.
Team two on the fourth obstacle successful!

When all returned to the room, the winner would be announced. The winning team was the first team, Rayna's team! That group was congratulated and they got to open their treasure chest first. Inside were materials for those who may choose in the end to go to a new world.
These items would help them as a starter, hopefully leading them on into a happy fun life. Yes, these items were in all the treasure chests, nothing more and nothing less. The games weren't meant to make one look better than the rest after all. Not too much interaction had occurred as preferred though...but that was mostly because the competition of get there first.
Thus is the completion of the first game!
After the treasure chests were put against the wall in the dining room, everyone sat down; treating themselves to snacks and soft drinks. It stayed that way for several minutes, possibly to a half hour. Soon enough, all were prepared for the next game.
Everyone headed out into the hallway. The next game was called Ghost Tag. "With accepted permission, our two spirit comrades will be partaking in the important spirit roles as a special treat!" Akio walked by and back as he talked, making certain all could hear him. "So, I hope everyone enjoyed the first game. If so, this next one I want to say you'd like just as much-" He winked. "is what we all hope. Then, be eager for this next one!"
From the looks of it, no one didn't enjoy the last game. Or at least, no one complained they didn't like it. Akio and the other hosts smiled, pleased with themselves. "I know, get on with it right? Heheheheh!" He chuckled before clearing his throat. "This next game is where you as players do not tag each other. You can only tag the angel, whose role is to avoid being tagged. The demon chases after the players trying to tag them before they get a chance to get the angel."
Basically Tenshi is the 'moving safe zone'. If the player can tag her, they stay with her, following her around as she is to avoid all other players from tagging her. A player cannot tag a player with the angel, it does not count and so they remain vulnerable to being tagged by the demon. This of course means the players jobs are to avoid the devil while trying to find the angel whom will prevent the devil from reaching them.
There is no grey area, the player either tags the angel or is tagged by the demon. Simple enough. To sum it all up: players tag angel; angel tries avoiding being tagged; demon tags players; players try avoiding the demon from being tagged.
If caught by the demon, same thing as for the angel: the player(s) follow her around. The players cannot help the demon as they cannot help the angel either. To keep track and avoid cheating, players not only cannot leave either spirits side depending if they are caught, there will also be a badge that will magically appear on the player's shirt. It will be convenient, so yes! Tenshi's is a white circle with small black triangles circling it making for a white sun design, and Tenma's is a black sun with the triangles white.
"The amount of players is odd, so-" Akio pointed towards the two spirits. "one of these two will win depending on how many players are with them. Alright? Questions?" No one spoke up. Natsuki simply went with Relika to join Rayna and Sheina. Akane was participating as were the other hosts except Akio and the previous mentioned. Other than that- "Well then...Tenshi and Tenma, please find your starter points." They did so and indicated they were ready. While that occurred, Akio joined Rayna and the others. "You may begin- 3, 2, 1...let the game Ghost Tag begin!"

{Been months since a last post. I feel it'd be wrong to finish, but I'm a little pessimistic about this story not being good enough. Still, I would like to finish. Even if it's not good at all to me, someone else may be thinking otherwise. I want to guess some of those reading this story would like to see an end? Many stories I've noticed, that are not published and such like this, tend to be left unfinished. Some were really good too, that I'd have liked to finish. So, maybe I will.. On the 22nd, it will be the 9th anniversary for HC. Which means it took a year to finish this story, IF I even finish it by then. I'd like to try. Thus, for those enjoying it, I hope you continue to enjoy and like or love it. I'll try finishing it for you<3)

Everyone moved. The players ran away from the demon in avoidance, while trying to find and tag the angel. Tenshi of course flew away to avoid the players, while Tenma simply flew after the players in hopes to tag them before they can tag Tenshi. Meanwhile, the hosts stood by to watch as all participants flooded the vast hallway. No one could hide, it was all just running about to tag or to avoid being tagged. If looked at a certain way, tag could truly wear one's legs out. It was good excersize, especially as long as one stretched. It was always best to stretch before something like this, where one has to use their muscles.
The four cats were spread throughout the hallway. They would wander about only in certain parts of the area. The players were capable of asking the cats to stall the demon, in which each player could only command a cat to help them once, and that works for all four. If all worked, the demon would have to stay where she was for five to eleven seconds.
Some of the girls screamed as they ran. Others just giggled or remained silent. The guys for the most part simply looked determined, yet having fun too. All the while, Tenshi continued slowly floating down the hallway. When someone got close and she knew it, she would go faster to the point of flying. But it was not needed to be said neither sibling could fly too high up. That wouldn't be fair, unless the one other player could fly too.
The princess jumped forward when she saw Tenshi close enough, her fingers just missing those feathers of her wing as she crashed down. Vahnahda would look up from the ground then, seeing Tenma was flying straight for her. And so Vahnahda tested her luck and called out, "Kitty rescue me!" She rolled out of the way and was quick to stagger to her feet. As she did so, Petripelt moved from the shadows and pounced at the demon.
Tenma gasped as she was too late to dodge, and the cat flew right through her body. It felt odd to her, but more so to Petripelt who shivered once she landed on the floor. Obeying the rules, Tenma landed and stood where she was until the cat left to give her the O.K..
"Well that was easy! And quick! So early in the game too!" While sticking her tongue out at the frowning Tenma, Vahnahda turned and ran away. That was while the demon crossed her arms in waiting for the limit to be up. Only seven seconds passed before Petripelt left, and the demon was off to find another player.
"Wah!" Marisa yelled out when she saw herself being chased. Then, the girl smirked when she saw Arsen. "Yo! Hey, hey you!" The Jerboa man looked over his shoulder as he walked, and felt Marisa pull at his tail.
"Mm! That is real you know..." The girl didn't seem to care as she pulled more until she was infront of him. In defense, Arsen tried using his staff to get her off, but it went right through Tenma before it could even touch Marisa. As if on instinct, Tenma had shut her eyes as though it'd hurt. "...Mm.." He looked nervous and sweaty, not noticing Marisa run away, while the demon simply ran her hand down the staff to his hand.
Arsen gulped, looking as though he might fall to his knees.
"Tag...." She smirked while watching the badge appear on his shirt. Without a second glance to him, she silently moved on, with Arsen still showing a scared look as he followed.
Meanwhile, Marisa saw Tenshi as she flew by. "Ah, you've already joined her!" She cracked her knuckles while following them. She was waiting for her opportunity; her chance.
"Yup!" Vahnahda giggled. "Can't underestimate royalty!" The blue haired girl looked annoyed then, and ran only to grab Vahnahda by the arm. The dark haired girl waved her index finger in disappointment. "It doesn't work like that, you know. Tag the actual spirit, which I'm not."
Marisa pouted, but gasped when she saw something jump out of nowhere. A large wolf whom had surprised Tenshi enough to where the wolf was able to paw at her arm, or at least, make it look like she pawed her arm. Then, the wolf's shape shifted into that of a girl.
"......Heheh..." Miya looked up at Tenshi with a soft smile. "Tag." With that, the badge appeared on her shirt as well. While that went on, Marisa puffed her cheek before running at Tenshi saying, "My tuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!" She missed by tripping, and fell on her knees. "Ugh!" Tenshi and the other two girls followed her away, and Marisa had only watched with a displeased look on her face. "Gah, darn it!"
Tenma had already gotten Kastel as she lay both hands on Haku's shoulders. The only living being she could touch as he could back, all because he was a chosen child of their world. Haku stiffed, trying to get away. However, it was of course, too late and Tenma whispered to him.
"Not so well protected without your guardian angel, are you...chosen child...?" She teased before walking past the annoyed boy who saw the badge now on himself. And while the demon continued looking for the next of the unclaimed, thunder was heard on the otherside of the hall.
"You trying to kill us!?" Vahnahda had said to Raiden as his whole body sparked with electricity.
"....No," He said as he approached. "I aimed for the angel because she is already dead. It shouldn't hurt her otherwise."
"Common courtesy...!" Miya said, but Raiden only snorted as he shot another jolt of electricity at Tenshi who shielded herself subconsciously. He took that moment of her pause as his perfect opportunity. He would fly at her and throw his hand through her arm. The badge appeared on his shirt then.
The angel frowned at him. "You are so impolite!"
".....Someone needs to talk to him about that." Akio pointed out as he watched with the others. He had sat down on a couch with Rayna and Sheina. "Probably better if it's someone not human... Kana would be our best bet I think."
Akio looked over at the two girls, not even sure they were listening. He continued anyway, "She and Natsuki are the only ones he truly respects after all, for being the same species as him or similar to him in Natsuki's case." After explaining that, Akio crossed his arms while mumbling to himself about that boy's manners as he continued watching the game.

It was noted Natsuki and Relika had gone to revisit their worlds to have a final decision set for themselves, and bid a proper goodbye. The two talked as they walked to the end of the hall. Natsuki looked as though she would cry again, but Relika told her to be strong, it was what her friends would want.
"You had only met them days before you say," Relika had spoken to her. "and yet already miss them very dearly. It certainly sounds like they were great beings to be with."
"...W-what about you?"
"It hadn't been long since I met mine either, but I still care as you. I do not even think two days passed by the time the world I was born in froze."
"........What do you choose?"
"....To live." The two stopped by the pillar where the GPR was seen from above. "Our friends, our family, our world is gone Natsuki. However yet those who still exist from them, those memories, can keep going down their chosen paths with such things inside the mind and heart. Think about this when you choose."
She raised her hand to reach for the heavens. A broom appeared in that hand, and Relika kept her witch hat on as she climbed on the broom with Natsuki. Both hovered up into the GPR, entering what looked like the cosmos filled with billions of stars.
"What kind of life do you hope for? Do you succumb to those you loved deaths and die with them; would they want that? Would you rather give another chance on the unpredictable paths all must face? Those we love may not be around, but they are still watching over us. This story is only the beginning, but not unless you let it be. There is still far much we don't know. How can we find what we need if we quit now?"
"...." Natsuki looked unsure, saddened, and timid again. She could hear it in Relika's voice, the witch may have been capable of saying all of that, but it still wasn't easy for the witch either. The meek girl could tell of the pain, Relika trying to hold back from crying.
"Saying goodbye was never easy. But I know I'll someday see them again, but not before I go on new adventures through different paths of choice in my life. I wont regret it, and I'll tell them all about it when we meet again at the end of the road. That is it, my choices. Now think carefully about yours." Relika looked back at Natsuki with a smile of reassurance, before disappearing from the area as she went into her world. Natsuki then smiled back sadly before closing her eyes and entering her world.
All the temporary hosts, it was decided, would revisit their worlds sooner than the others. They promised to return, no matter whether the decision was to live or be frozen with their worlds; it was a fact of respectfully waiting 'till the end to fulfill whichever decision made.
...
"Nya!" Akane shouted and all four cats surrounded Tenma. The demon gave the cat girl a frown with a glare, who smiled innocently in return before running after Tenshi, then leaping right through her. "Tagged you, nyan!"
...Going through a spirit. It was like she went through misplaced cool air. The more strange feeling was Akane felt static electricity, with a strong energy feel, run through her whole body.
Louise took the opportunity with Tahna to sneak past. Then, Tahna smiled as she went to stand infront of Louise, cracking her knuckles. "...Um..Tahna?"
"Remember earlier, brat? Payback time."
"..Uh, I don't think it's the best time for that."
"I do~" She pushed Louise by her back, and right over to Tenma. "Here you go~ Heheh~"
"N-no fair!" Louise tried backing away, but Tahna wasn't allowing that. "Don't think she wont go after you too! So mean, I trusted you!"
"Trusting too much is what gets ya killed. Though, I wouldn't actually let you die obviously, brat. Good thing it's just a game-" Tahna took Louise's arm, and had it reach toward Tenma even while the girl struggled to break loose.
The demon stayed silent, unblinking as she stared at them both with no form of telling what she was thinking. And right when the cats left she grabbed at Louise, who screamed, but as she moved to get Tahna too, the red head had jumped back. "Not today, so sorry~!" And she ran away.
Kastel shook her head at what just occurred while Louise whined, "Waaah, Tenma get her! Get her, get her!" Tenma already was, until Marisa tripped and fell on Arsen. Then, as Marisa struggled to stand, she backed away while the demon set eyes on her and approached.
"Now-now wait a minute. I'll um...I'll turn you into a flower this time! Yeah..." She backed herself into a wall, and opened her mouth. Just before she could call the cats or chant a spell, Tenma put a hand over her mouth and whispered, "Tagged..."
Meanwhile, Tahna laughed out loud as though to act like she didn't care. Inside her head, she wondered if she had been too harsh. ".....Pfftch.. It's just a game, what am I worrying abou-" She saw Tenshi moving a certain direction. Tahna decided to try sneaking up from behind and when she did, she grabbed the girl's wing, though not literally since she couldn't.
Tenshi gasped, then smiled a little. "I suppose I've been too easy." She had looked over upon hearing a yell. Tenshi and those with her watched as Rhenyph ran infront of Kana to allow her an escape. Tenma had tagged Rhenyph then for his sacrifice while Kana flew after Tenshi.
The angel then had to move away. She flew as fast as she could, dodging as Sepia tried tagging her. Kana shot past Sepia as well and soon enough she found herself to be catching up, but losing energy fast. The elemental reached out her hand, but put it back to her side when Tenshi turned and flew past her.
It appeared the angel was so distracted to not let Kana catch her that she forgot to pay attention...and flew straight into her younger sibling. Both were thrown away and slid on the floor. Quickly, Kana landed and touched the fallen Tenshi with her blue wing onto the angel's white wing. "Tag. Are you two alright?"
"...Yes." Tenshi answered as she got off her sister and offered a hand to help her up, only to have it refused as Tenma stood herself up. The angel didn't react as she simply said, "I believe this is everyone then."
"Even Sepia?"
"Yes." The brown haired girl answered, for she was tagged by Tenma during the chase Kana had been giving Tenshi. Now, the game was finished. The second game complete! Simply, there was but one winner. And Sepia looked about the amount of badges on each side to determine it. She smiled and looked over. "I believe Tenma won."
"Has to be a miscount." The demon responded with doubt in her voice, thinking she couldn't have won. A small part of her had been hopeful, but a bigger part doubted. So she looked over to Tenshi, waiting for someone to say the angel won. Tenshi merely stared back with a small smile, while no one spoke up about her winning instead.
"But you did." Akio said as he and the other hosts walked over. "You have seven while Tenshi has six."
"...Can't be.." She counted over and over for both sides, hoping to see Tenshi had more, but that never came to be.
"Congratulations Tenma."
"Good job, little sister."
When Akio said it and Tenshi not long after, others joined in with the praise, and the demon looked down blushing. She certainly wasn't use to this, but it wasn't so bad really. Not bad at all...
She smiled. ".......................Th....thanks....."
